  1. Soooo... five more catches and 1 more TD... is this a long lost sign Ertz thread?
  2. I think "IR" was actually code for "we have Von in a cryogenic chamber for safety until we're forced to play him or shelve him". Hard to have a good time with a popsicle.
  3. You have to love that Fitzy had Allen sign a picture of this, "his" tattoo -
  4. He was half an OC. He only handled the passing game. Steve Ensminger was the run game coordinator.
  5. 750 yds, 4 total TDs, 2 receiving, 1 on a punt return, 1 on a kick return, 2 passing, and one INT returned for a TD... ok maybe 7 total TDs... and he saves a baby from a burning building... and maybe a kitten from a tree for good measure. ...I'd settle for 0 pulled hamstrings in someone starting a game right off of the street, though.
  6. Oh!! Oh!! I'll start - Yo Mama P so dumb she thought a quarterback was a refund. Sorry @Momma Pecoraro, couldn't help myself.
  7. Seems like the Browns were trying to gauge anticipated fan reaction last week. This week they're just using a bigger skunk.
  8. IDK. You could just as easily interpret that as wanting to get more chances to perform in a game instead of just showing what he's got in practice. I think it's a common sports figure of speech nowadays.
  9. I KNEW it. You, sir, are an awful human being!
  10. He's like Hancock... if Hancock wasn't portrayed by an Oscars-presenter slapping *******. edit: I would not have thought that the auto-censor would block the word for "a man whose wife is sexually unfaithful, often regarded as an object of derision."
  11. You sure, I thought it was Ol' Jersey Bastard?
  12. But they nailed it on his ACL, so… 🤷‍♂️😂
  13. I could have worded it better. I don’t think it was your intention so much as that’s what it evolved into.
  14. Actually, the specific point I was trying to make was that not every member of a group has to feel insulted for something to clearly be an insult and the act of someone pointing out that what was said was insulting doesn't mean they're speaking for every member of said group.
  15. Whether or not every member of a group perceives something as an insult doesn't change the fact that it was an insult directed at that group. If someone was to say "TBD is a bunch of jerks," regardless of whether members of TBD take issue with it or choose to ignore it wouldn't change the fact it was an insult directed at TBD. If I was to then say that was insulting to the members of TBD would I be speaking for everyone here or just acknowledging the obvious fact that the comment was meant to disparage the members of TBD?
  16. Since this thread is a thinly veiled rehash of the Vikings implosion, the coaches could have just implored their DBs to bat the ball down on 4th and forever and then Jefferson would never have made his miraculous catch aided by Cam Lewis suspending the ball for him at the worst possible moment. The game would have been over for all intents and purposes and the Bills wouldn't have been trying to claw their way out of the endzone from the 1 inch line.
  17. I'm confused. The text of the tweet implied that Dawkins practiced, but the graphic says DNP and McDermott said he's out today, as well. Seems like it's both Von and Dion on the injury report.
  18. This "mystery illness" didn't happen to hit the secondary after film review, did it? If so, I imagine it involved waves of nausea.
  19. I also think this has been magnified by the defensive swoon. Early in the season when the Bills weren't punting part of it was the scoring, but a larger than expected part of it was turning the ball over. I want to say at one point there was a statistic that they were turning the ball over on 16% of their drives, either on downs or by coughing up the ball. At the time, the defense was covering for it and giving them the ball right back. They're not doing that now so the offense is getting fewer chances to put up points. Despite that they're still averaging 28+ ppg.
  20. I’m glad he keeps Dodson on the bench. Watching his slow ass trail the play for a game and a half pissed me off to no end.
  21. Diggs has had a few, including this gem…
  22. If this was a Klein versus Dodson thread I’d be right there with you. History has already shown Milano and Edmunds are head and shoulders above Klein, though.
  23. How did injuries result in healthy players forgetting how to tackle?
  24. Noble of you to try reasoning, but unfortunately a waste of keystrokes and energy.
  25. I'm not so sure about that, but he definitely would have exhibited more Chroise in the pocket.
