  1. And the clubs are still wanting $300 for some.
  2. He has all the tools except accuracy. If he learns to be accurate he will be fine, maybe even great. If he doesn't, we'll be having the discussion in a couple years of what franchise QB to draft again.
  3. Tailgating is always fun no matter how the game itself is. Otherwise I've got nothing. But I don't even usually spend the 3 hours to watch live, I have it record then strip out commercials to watch in 90 minutes or less usually over dinner.
  4. I hope they rest Allen at least one more week. Why risk his elbow now, this season is over. Bills - Very little Nyets - Bills score + 6
  5. Yeah, finally they are at the very least, watchable this season. Last 3-4 seasons I couldn't watch more than a period of any game. Still have a long way to go. I watched some of the pens caps last night (only early game on), and when you see two pretty decent teams play for a while you can see how the Sabres are still lacking, but definitely much improved. Hmmmm tough call. Not sure I'd be ready to give up on Housley just yet. But Quenneville might be better with all the young players that need to develop.
  6. You'd be running too if your protection was the Bills O line and backs. Accuracy fears seem well founded.
  7. If true, it is petty and childish on the part of the Bills. Only let people in who say nice things about you? It's like Trump and Sean Hannity
  8. They both go in that case. But I think it is more likely everyone stays. Pegula bought what McBeane was selling, so unless he can hire someone noticeably better, he'll ride it out with McBeane. They'll make a token human sacrifice for the fans of probably the OC and ST coaches and maybe Peterman, I'm thinking not much more than that.
  9. The problem with this is, there are plenty of places they can get a check that aren't currently a complete dumpster fire.
  10. That's where I disagree with you and a lot of other people. It has been well established that the Bills suck at historic levels this season. If you still go to the game, it's on you. No apology owed.
  11. Yes, at 9-7 the stars aligned, God smiled down on them and they got the wildcard. And it was fun to see the locker room reaction after the Bungles play that sealed it.
  12. The offense last year was better, but not good. Defense was the strength last season as well as this season (plus McCoach is a D guy). The same argument holds, he trusts the D much more than the O, both seasons. Obviously much more so this season given the current dumpster fire.
  13. It's pretty simple. He trusts the defense much more that he trusts the offense. Do you blame him? He figures far more often that not, this offense will fail on 4th and anything. Whereas giving the opposing offense a long field instead of a short one helps his D, which has a chance to get the stop. It's actually logical, not a fan "go for it, what the *****' emotional response.
  14. It's easy EJ. As bad as Peterman is, he is better than you are.
  15. They went 9-7 last year ... somehow. Don't make it a huge head coaching accomplishment. Look back, several times the Bills were 9-7 during the drought. He largely inherited that team. This is a team that he helped create. Way too early to tar a feather him, but please stop with the making the playoffs at 9-7 is a great accomplishment talk.
  16. I was 7-9 to 9-7. Figured the D could get to 7 wins. I didn't see the O as the colossal dumpster fire that it is.
  17. You after listening to McCoach make an asinine statement yet again ...
  18. I don't think I have ever advocated anyone being fired ... until now. This crosses the line.
  19. What choice does he have? Obviously Barkley must be looking like complete *****.
  20. The phantom facemask call to keep the TD drive alive, and then the flop by Benjamin in the endzone on that same drive getting called PI had me thinking the zebras really felt sorry for the Bills, Peterman, Bills fans, or all of the above.
  21. One reason is lack of separation by the Bills receivers. I watched on TV, and several times they showed a wide shot from Petermans viewpoint before he dumped off and the Bears had man coverage and no receiver was even close to being open. Not sure if it was every time because they only showed that view a couple times, but I think that's a big reason for the dump offs. Also the drops are a problem. The one by Benjamin in the endzone for example. Yeah, garbage time, but Peterman put it where it needed to be, KB had it in his hands, and as usual dropped it. Is Peterman a good QB, hell no. But between the drops, the WRs not able to get any separation, Shady dancing 10 times for a grand total of 10 yards, stupid penalties and so on, he had absolutely no help. This Bills offense is as pathetic as I have ever seen. Hard to find fault in anything else you wrote however, well done.
  22. Dude, his endzone flop to get the PI call made the only Bills touchdown in a very long time possible!
  23. Yeah for some people the fun of the event goes away in December in a Buffalo outdoor stadium Season ticket holders still paid for their tickets for those games though.
