  1. Offensive vs Defensive coach is the ultimate TBD binary. There can be no in between.
  2. TBD definitely knows more about the Cardinals than the Cardinals.
  3. Joe Marino is such a moron. If the Arizona Cardinals have to recruit players, can’t draft, and the NFL stops paying players then it might be an applicable comparison. Otherwise, really doesn’t say much.
  4. I don’t really care either way, but this is a bad argument. So, because this year’s playoff was full of blowouts, adding teams to the playoff means there will be more blowouts every year? i think a better argument is that you’re asking the clearly best teams to plan an additional game and expose their players, many of which have NFL futures, to additional injury risk in an unnecessary game in which the players don’t get paid but people like the president of the Outback Bowl make $1m a year.
  5. I lived in Boston from 1999 to 2012. I started of kind of being happy to support the Pats when they were not playing the Bills or it didn’t have any impact on the Bills, see first super bowl. By the time 2008 or so rolled around I despised the Patriots more than any other professional sports team. Then moved to Chicago in 2012 and genuinely like the Bears and their fans.
  6. “Jackson is a lot like Allen” - big time analytics guy
  7. Just want to show everyone how incredible my SB pick was. Truly amazing! ?
  8. Wow. I absolutely despise twitter for the most part, but it’s invaluable for calling out terrible hot takes and giving people no where to run and no where to hide. Going to go order some jalepeano poppers for me and the boys now
  9. Wow. Kind of feel bad for Jackson but not all the knuckleheads in sports media fawning over him when he’s so obviously flawed as a passer, at least at this point in his career.
  10. Any person born anytime, except it primarily happens with parents of kids born after 1987.
  11. Well, let me explain it to you more succinctly. If you are a grown man your parents shouldn’t be getting involved in your professional life.
  12. Just think it’s really weird for a grown man to have his momma getting all emotional in public and calling out his boss about her son’s job. Call me old fashioned, but it’s weird.
  13. If you don’t see how bad this makes Von Miller look I don’t know what to tell you. It makes him look bad as a professional and as a grown man.
  14. I can’t even imagine dealing with that generation and their parents. Can you imagine Kent Hull’s mom complaining to the news? Or Lawrence Taylor’s mom? Or literally any grown man you’ve ever met older than 25 years old?
  15. Possibly but I doubt it. If you’re at a grown man age and you can’t control your mom interfering in your professional life, you’re either part of the royal family or a millennial.
  16. Von Miller is a millennial. He was born in 1989. His mom is losing her mind over her son being mentioned in a season ending press conference. It’s his job. He’s a professional athlete and his mom is jumping in. That’s pathetic.
  17. Millennials are so pathetic. smh
  18. Didnt they have a herd of Buffalos stampeding before big plays back in the 90s? I seem to recall that when I was a kid. Seems much more appropriate than a train horn. Haha. Just wrote basically the same thing.
  19. Antonio Brown for three years at $12m a year. Ummm....that’s an absolute steal! Not sure what the Bills would have to give up in a trade, but likely a lot. If they could give up a second and a fourth or something, I’d say pull the trigger.
  20. Seattle/Baltimore Seattle wins 24-20
  21. Was really hoping society got this out of its system in 2018.
  22. I do agree with this. The O-line was terrible and it needs to be priority one. I wonder if Castillo was a factor in how bad they were but regardless, it needs to be overhauled with talent. Look at the season Luck had with a better oline this year. Huge difference.
  23. Well, I would say it’s always ok to want to be good. I think it was unrealistic this year, maybe that’s just me. Again, just me but I’ve been hoping for this kind of build for a long time, predicated around drafting franchise QB and giving the team flexibility and options to build a team that fits well together. I think that’s what they are trying to do so I give them credit. IMO, that takes a little patience. I think next year anything less than pushing for a playoff spot would be disappointing.
  24. All in all, this season was about what I expected and realistically hoped for at the same time. Most importantly, IMO, I think Josh Allen outperformed most expectations and showed some real promise and tons of talent. Obviously a long way to go but I think reason for real optimism. That was was always my hope for this year. Outside of that, clearly this team lacks talent and depth, but not too surprising given the strategy of cleaning house and cap space. Some nice young potential guys in Foster and McKitrick and maybe even Croom. Defense was solid but not spectacular. Run D needs massive improvement, need Milano back, but the secondary was excellent. Edmunds shows promise but also inexperience. Special teams was a disaster. Can’t sugar coat it at all. With lots of cap space, draft picks, and some key pieces in place, I am expecting a fun and exciting offseason and a 2019 that the Bills really compete for the playoffs and take a big step forward.
