Josh didn't have his best game but the Bears are aggressive against the pass. A team with the division foes of Minnesota and Green Bay have to be built to stop a pass. Josh made mistakes. That trend is going to continue if Sugar Josh keeps showing up. Chicago has poor talent. They had to chose die by the sword or by the knife. They had a 3rd rate DB unit who is young. They played against Allen well considering these statements. Several times their DBs made good plays, including a nice aware play against Knox which took him out of the game for a minute. Their defense has given up the most yards in the league to the rush, and the least to the pass. Why not take what is allowed? They always sell out the run to stop the pass.

This is how you beat Josh. It was well done today and the bears lacked the quality of players to execute it. On offense they didn't have an answer for our defense. Our defense is better than Cincis and designed to stop their kind of offense. They'll have luck running against us, they'll attack and look for weaknesses in penalty calls and scheme breakdowns. A lot will depend on the refs. Tre will play very physical when allowed. But back to offense - Cinci needs to bring the pressure up the middle. Do this over and over again. Eventually Spencer Brown will be beat on the outside and give up a bad play and possibly contribute to a turnover. 3 guys with two attacking inside the 5s and 1 outside beyond 6. Delay your linebacker to key off our RBs and Josh. This puts it all on Josh. Further, no one talks about it but our runners are not smart players able to mix up the coverage. The once decent pass blocking Singleterry has struggled. The others can't block at all. Our full backs need to be used better, along with our ends. I'll keep thinking on it but for Cinci this isn't a hard matchup for them on defense because their offense has talent. Overrated talent, however... IMO.

Was curious if Jackson starts with Elam being a poor tackler. -

Someone catch me up. Family just arrived. Missed beginning. 🤮 -
Every Tuesday at work 3 of us mock our every remaining game and playoff game. Started it week 3. Others joined in occasionally, too We all generally agree San Fran runs far into the playoffs, Phili continues the run. That's the NFC and easy. The AFC we make arguments for every team convincingly. But everyone is back on the Bills super bowl mentality.

Nope. Not in my mind. Those are not good when very cold. They draw moisture.

Muck boots and cardboard

Pro tip from the frigid Carolinas UA heat gear thin UA base layer 4.0 Smart wool Double lined thermals Over sized single ply thermals Water proof pants/Carhartt bib freshly waxed & oiled On top, no hoody and top layer under coat a turtle neck. Wear a hooded coat with smart wool hat baklava and a knit hat over it. Socks people ***** up and put too many on which cuts off blood flow. Wood socks, cotton blend for 2nd layer in oversized muck boots. Gloves with mittens over them. You won't get cold and that set up costs about $400-500

MVP; Hurts / Allen / Mahomes by the numbers...

Can the stats for Peterman be entered? I'd like a real world comparison if any of us ever suited up what our potential against those 3 would be. ... -
WKRP Cinci has the best pre game, tho. In all seriousness I have considered going. It'd be a turn and burn trip that I would drive home immediately after the game. Flights from Cinci to Greensboro would take just as long as flying. From my brief exposure to the city is that there are areas there are very rough. The campus there is surrounded by some weird places. The Bengals fans are like you average falcon, Panther, bears, or redskins fan. They're a notch below the titans and a full wrung below the browns. Maybe the best comparison is Ravens fans but not as trashy, but just as passionate.

i don't think miller gives as much as people think. i am not 100% sold on the miller edge. specifically because he has aged. he was a force every snap when he was in his prime. he's just beyond that and seems to have regressed. his ability to turn it on and get after it doesn't seem the same to the point he almost takes plays off and gets lost in the wash.

topic drift.... who has bigger home field advantage on a random day in january for a playoff game: buffalo or miami? i'd argue miami. in buffalo it's not always bone chilling cold or snowing. regardless the number 1 seed this year has a lot of value because we are still a paper tiger, and a pretender. we haven't had the success of the chiefs or bengals. the slight advantage of playing either at home (or anyone else) is yuge.

we were watching a game a year or two ago and Josh took off running. my stepson who was maybe 6 at the time goes "josh is a really fast critter." he said this with full twang country (which is odd because he has no twang in his regular voice). where that came from, learning the term critter and all - i can only guess. ever since then we just call him the fast critter.

Workaholic doesn't mean you're addicted to work It was coined to mean that when it was time to work you'd rather drink, and or work while drinking. ... Or is it drink while working? I believe it was George Carlin.

obj can't do anything on the field. watkins CAN run a full route tree. and i am a mckenzie fan but i put watkins over mckenzie.
