May have missed this but We have 3rd tiebreaker over them. It is only if we lose that it'd matter -

The NFL MUST let it be known to all teams what the plan is for Bengals/Bills before games begin Thursday night. The trickle down effect is too much for every team. To simply wait until after the results to then implement an unveiled planned would seem way too orchestrated. They need to say if the Bills and Bengals win and KC loses then Buffalo 1, Bengals 2, Chiefs 3 because Cinci beat KC. if KC and Cin win and Buffalo loses then Cinci 1, Buf 2, KC 3 because Buffalo beat KC if KC and Buf win and Cin loses then Buf 1, KC 2, Cin 3 if all 3 win then Buffalo 1, Cin and KC coin flip since same Cin never had chance to get win. Buffalo has better win % than KC. Or if all 3 win they do a random number drawing off a statistical basis to remove a Chiefs game to make records match - this will not effect the opponents results. The ratings for that show would be yuge. Or just draw random weighted numbers like an NHL draft lottery for seeds. Regardless. I see no way in the world the NFL plays the makeup remainder. The teams won't want injury most importantly -

if i am buffalo or cinci and the nfl is asking me to play an extra game to decide this game i am declining and forfeiting. if they tell me i need to show up, i get my players on a plane and send them to miami. or to the game but forget the pads. i am not wasting the potential injuries on a game like this when every other team will not get the same disadvantage and handicap. and if they play this game and a player gets injured which impacts the game or games moving forward - the nfl will not want that egg on their face. edit -- and buffalo has more to lose because the bengals play cheap and dirty beyond the rules. it's pathetic. -
No. It's actually not that dangerous of a job when compared to other physical jobs, too.

For someone who has been to war you get this, while someone like myself has not been to war and i get this: These players tell themselves they are going to war, they're going to hurt people, ready to die for this, etc. It's ridiculous to believe such nonsense but they do. They believe this in their head until this sets in and reality wakes them up that it is a game. The effects of this will be interesting because these are world class athletes and I say we see a 2 weeks hangover across the league.

What Bengals & Chiefs fans are saying about the situation:
boyst replied to BigDingus's topic in The Stadium Wall
Bottom line. Chiefs fans are trashy. They want the Bills to take an L. Fine. But their team took L's from both teams and I bet they're a little bitter. I'll go rip some anus up over there when I'm bored at work tomorrow. Been a while since I got to be mean. SDS doesn't let me be me anymore. 😪 -

No, it would boil down to head to head record, division record, common opponents... So... Buf and cin beat KC so KC is 3. Buffalo is 3-2 in division. Cin is 2-3. Buf winning puts them at 4-2 and cin wins they're 3-3. Buf 1 Cin 2 KC 3 I dread any results going to KC and their arrogance of feeling bad for us and fake empathy. Part of me wants to let that happen then go in there and beat the tar off them. -
No. Having the Bengals and bills play at a later date is wmthe worst thing they could do. Anything to benefit a team not directly impacted last night is unfair. They shouldn't be given a win but the if the Bengals, bills, and chiefs all win this weekend the bills should be 1, Bengals 2, chiefs 3. The chiefs lost to both teams. They got lucky on enough games this year time for the "luck" to run out. I'll let the chiefs get the first seed for one condition... He shabes his head and that goofball chia pet on his head.

Everyone gets an extra week rest while the players risk injury? NFLPA never let that happen. It's also ridiculous to give teams rest. The #1 seed gets no extra rest, they all get rest. And if we get #1 seed we just worked 15 weeks of football and no restwith KC or Cinci likely to rematch us. The NFL hopes KC loses. Buffalo and Cinci are 1-2. Woohoo. Buffalo gets to continue playing for #1 seed and ... No bye week. And Cinci at best gets #2 seed and... No bye week regardless. Not enough incentive for the players and the league to juggle all of that for the risk of injury, logistics, and common sense. The only thing the NFL can do is kick Mahomes and Kelce in the nuts. Then tell them they're still #3 seed. Tell KC not to lose to both teams. And if they're so good to win elregardless -

if KC somehow lucks into the #1 seed they're going to get what they deserve. they will get beat early because they feel so entitled, they've played so sloppy, they are overhyped and the whole world will root against them. they're not a thrive through being an underdog isn't cinci/balt on saturday? -

they can rest starters against the patriots if they knew this game already had a result of a tie, loss, forfeiture, or cancelled game. that's what is ridiculous. they should just, and for our benefit decide the game and we rest our starters on sunday. -

the way of the mighty dollar stands between this and reality. backwards first: KC wouldn't care. there isn't going to be an asterisk by their #1 seed and they won't care. their worthless fanbase would believe it was desrved, too. cincy would gladly accept a forfeit of this - they don't want the injury but they have nothing to lose and after next weekend only the possibility to gain a 1st.. still they don't want to risk an injury. the nfl won't have a choice to take a forfeit if both teams and players say "no." and the media fallout is already radioactive against them right now. -

i'd rather take the forfeit than risk playing an extra week and the wear and tear while everyone else rests. not to mention what i just mentioned. we can't risk more injuries and a wasted week to likely face a loss. rest up and recover. go beat up on some boston scum and whoever wants to feel our wrath in the wildcard. -

The NFL is not going to hold games? How's that work? All that TV revenue. All the gambling. The paychecks of the players. The staff and logistics already in place. -

I think they wait to see what happens next week. If there is a football god he lets Cinci and KC lose -

I agree. But also stress, and you may agree: We don't know what's best, we aren't thinking fully clear, and don't have an answer to
