  1. i cannot stand McDermott but on it's face i cannot say he deserves to be fired for simply not getting to the AFCC. there are a few cases where he could make it barring a catastrophic issue. if we played a helluva game, organized and focused and lost in the 2nd round in a high scoring game i would be very disappointed in him but not want to lynch him solely on that. if we lost and had no defensive cohesion and coordination - like has been an issue in the past - then yes. of note: i wanted him shitcanned after 13 seconds for having absolutely no organization on the team when it came to crunch time. since then he has only disappointed us in the playoffs. beating an inferior Pats team with an emotional high then getting lucky against the Ravens and squeaking by against a backup Dolphins QB are bull####.
  2. it was sarcasm. any media outlet that failed to adapt and get ahead of the technological curve deserves to die in their own filth for their history. newspapers are especially disgusting, Gannet and the whole USA today network has destroyed rural american news.
  3. i really dislike that there is a website like this website that make it easy to read articles behind paywalls. it just doesn't seem fair.
  4. it just isn't happening right now. when he's the only target and he's being bracketed we need to have other options and we just aren't using them, or trusting them, or recognizing them. it's infuriating. i meant unintentional. was entirely distracted this morning. it's like all the information and influence that has been put upon him the last 2+ years has finally sank in and made this hybrid mutt of a player. i am, as i said, concerned that he will easily transition out of it to be take-over josh. oh, i know. but it's like josh is just surrendering to these throws vs. find the holes. i have some hope after those TD's he threw last week - especially to Gilliam that his confidence is there and his trust in players is there - this is a big reason why i like Gilliam at TE. he has the best hands of our TE corps.
  5. Without a sufficient under route runner we are doing to have this problem. deep routes would be successful if we put a TE down the seam as a 2nd or 3rd read, while running crosses and hooks for the first read. since we are not using the TE we can have them split seams - and frankly, it's concerning that Kincaid is not able to recognize the game enough to be doing this. josh can't find his deep targets, his middle zones which come in under the deep safeties don't get the separation needed while he has been unwilling to put the ball in the sweet spot - possibly due to fears of being tagged a INT prone QB again. Josh has checked down to the RB and other low-risk players a lot this season. i can't convince myself this is intentional. i have a feeling this will be a hard habit to break and he is reminding me of big ben in his later stages.
  6. https://tinyurl.com/1966CalRoster Surprisingly, yes. There was an Irv on the roster. 🤔 That's rather unique. You'll be up there in age, too. Not quite as old as @Cripple Creek, though.
  7. Climbing the rope was my favorite. I get the same feeling every time you hold me. 😗 @FireChans is Billy Joe Hobert @Irv as a player coach is Dick Jauron
  8. their unrelenting attack of Araiza that almost seemed personal to them was about the most disgusting thing i had ever seen. one of them declared they knew the guy was guilty by the way he acted. they were one of the largest advocates for the whole ditching him. they should be punched in the nuts.
  9. & night game where we lose having to wake up early after a loss both grumpy and tired is really annoying.
  10. i met a guy named joe who's new name we may know he started a thread about rhyming i gave it a try but don't have the timing so i will just think about this weeks game against a team that's gave us great shame once led by a douchebag named brady who once left his girlfriend, a pregnant lady he was a cheater and a liar but yet, his pants were never on fire they have moved on to Mac who just isn't a very good quarterback to offer his team a "w" so they may go with someone new it will all depend on the evil hooded man which upon this whole legacy began when he got lucky with that f*cking prick f*ck the patriots, they make me sick
  11. well, knowing the whole story is important to this situation. lynch stirred up trouble when he hit on a married woman who may have been enticing him. the story was very well covered here back in the day. i don't know what brand means but you don't need to run your mouth when you don't know the whole story claiming someone is trying to downplay racism when you don't even know what the hell you're talking about. lurk more, speak less.
  12. Daboll outcoached him despite both coaches and the game being terrible.
  13. this was a 5-6 game losing team. others who thought better of it were not realistic or too bias to think more. preseason we all figured losses against 3 of the 4: Phili, Cinci, Jax, KC. We figured a loss of 2 out of 4 of: Miami, SD, NYJ. Anyone who refused to see 5 losses on this schedule was bias.
  14. Low hanging fruit for Marshawn to keep his name up and out there on an old story and half truthful series of events.
  15. the power of lentils is unstoppable.
  16. Only when in Georgia on my golden fiddle
  17. does it count if i coached high school football while still in high school? part of my time coaching DL was when i was injured and actually sat in coaches meetings and shiz.
  18. what if i did play violin in football and still went on to the nfl?
  19. Hughes fate was sealed when he and others were getting very argumentative and nearly coming to blows after the 13 seconds. and McD was annoyed that the Bills O was more loyal to Daboll than him.
  20. all 3 coaches were having words - McD, Daboll, Frazier. McD defended Frazier and the issue. per understanding and even public speaking mcdermott said there would be accountability. the ST Co was the scapegoat. the players were arguing and it was essentially the last straw with Hughes being written off for the division in the lockerrom. but he was never coming back, anyway. by 2021 sources said McD seemed frustrated that the offense belonged to Daboll and McD resented that the O had their own coach, their own identity, and not part of McChumps faux "Process."
  21. I haven't been big on the Miller signing, so yeah essentially
  22. No. You just don't know my track record, obviously.
