  1. McDermott speaking... Re lacking energy what happened? Couldn't get out there, no rhythm, came out with energy but couldn't stop them. Our effort there but couldn't stop Re LOS we didn't do enough at LOS. Mentioned QB too Re expectations and result of season Keep head up and you learn from this. It hurts. Proud of them. They had class and did well with adversity. For now this stings and wish it was diff result. RE unsure footing caus eless confidence defense Not an excuse. They beat us physically cicninhas good balance. Did they have a feel for you? No. They played well and we thought we adjusted well jad a hard time stopping them. Their wr are tough 1 on 1 matchups. Thought we had good gameplan and tried to adjust gameplan. re super bowl window closed? No. Better team. Better coached team tham is tonight. I dotn want to do evals but disappointing.. re stefon upset where he at? He's a member of the bills. Competitive. We works hard. It hurts. I wouldn't want a guy that it doesn't hurt. We put it on line and it was not good enough. It stings Re I saw him up the tunnel....? He was there when I addressed team .that's what matters most Re Josh.. Josh did good things. Probably wants some plays back. We all do sometimes ... We all need to grow from this. It stings. Josh is a heck of a competitpr. I'd take him on the team ant day of the week. We need to make adjustments to move forward. Re all year didn't win all but losses were close. ... Does it matter this wasn't close? Yeah I'm the short answer is no a loss is a loss the longer answer is another discussion for another day it's what happened whay we have to change another day. And beyond. That's what we have to go do knock at this door Re too soon of growth of relationship of Dorsey and Josh... 2st year. Productive? Anytime we have 2 new paly callers it's what we do moving forward and who we become.wothbsmiley at ST. Both hard workers. I'm sure they'll look back to improve. Re number of players we may lose.. How do you talk? That's the hard part of business for what they went through I know how important it was to have been through this. I know you don't get that far without it. Convo for another day. Well I mean like I said before you work your tail off all season long you work in the offseason every day as hard as you can to be the best that you can and there's only one team and we wanted to be our team and that's what hurts the most and when you don't when you don't perform up to your expectations internally That hurts and you know he just put as a competitor you're only left with one choice and that is deploy yourself together and due time and find a way to get it done and that's that's what we're steadfast and that's that'll be divisions we move forward here so on the goal hasn't changed and won't change for this organization and we got to continue to do everything we can to get there and that's the goal Almost proud of the fact that the guys the players as young men will take the lessons that they learn from this season and the adversity that they face I think they'll take that with them through their lives as men and I think that's that's what I think that's that's a byproduct of the season the goal though is still to to make it to him when the super bowl so I'm just kind of staying in buckets here that that's that's what things the most and but the support does teach you lessons as as a person and I think they'll take that with him for sure What would that mean what was said What can you tell us about that for the environment in there you know demar's in the locker room pregame and and you know his his just him being in the locker room his presence I think it was good for the guys and also hopefully good for him and I thought it was a pretty cool moment The game wasn't trending the way we wanted it to but when they put them on the big screen and and I just a great moment keeping perspective of course on where he was just a few weeks ago so super happy for him and and thankful that his health is returning and I know he's you know he'll continue to take it one day at a time Doing audio teletype. ... Nothing really coming
  2. Bingo. Beane needs to man tf up and make a tough call.
  3. Where is the accountability of these guys to be a team?
  4. Is his phone out of minutes? Seriously why cant he be called?
  5. McDermott had been saying that there would be accountability all his career. The ST coordinator and McD were on different pages. For one part The offense was fired up. Did all they could. I never got all the names, but know Diggs was chippy. After the game in the locker room players venting turned into aggression and blaming. Hughes defending the defense and being vocal. The players got chippy. McD having to calm that... All the while no one quite sharing the info... McDermott not addressing he was part of the problem on the decision to kick deep vs squib. The ST coach saying kick deep, bass arrives late. Misses McD making the call to squib. Coverage was squib kick per McD but bass never got the info because McD missed it. Players knew this and it took a while to spread. Players were frustrated.
  6. No. You don't gamble on this. You lay out a plan. You have a formula. After McDermott has shown several times he is not the answer over the last 6 years you have a redundancy plan. That redundancy plan is another coach in the wing to move up. It's a pack of dynamite to start over. Blowing it up now is better than having don Shula.
  7. I can't give a source of first hand knowledge. Instead, I will let someone else speak up and vouch that I have contacts. Sorry bub
  8. Is it? It was the start of the ***** show. I can come back to what happened in the locker room last year... Did you know there was almost a fist fight? Did you know Hughes called out the coach in front of the team? Did you know McDermott didn't have an answer for his team and then went on camera and played it off like it all goes to him? You didn't, did you? H He's a fraud. Edit. Cool a top 10 coach. I love being average.
  9. Well, I am usually more right then wrong. I wanted marrone one more season to get us into shape. I hated Ryan. I wanted McDermott gone 2 years ago and especially after last year. I wanted daboll to get it, retain Dorsey who I like. Fire Frazier. Now I want McDermott run out of town. I don't care who is next. Anyone is better than him wasting our talent for 3 years.
  10. He's not wrong. McDermott has had piss poor excuses for poor leadership since he came here. Poor decisions all over the place. 2017: The San Diego game where they started Peterman and the entire team revolted in the locker room to nearly having a fight? The entire team was pissed and messaging during the game how pissed they were. 2021: Chiefs game where he preached accountability and the defense failed and he didn't say *****. Then the special teams didn't coordinate with his direction and he refused to take credit? Meanwhile the offense and defense about coming to blows int he locker room - Hughes being shunned by the team because of his leadership disagreement with McD? I'm not going to let you run down a new member when you don't know what you're talking about.
  11. And after the reports are there being nearly a mutiny in the locker room over McDermott not practicing what he preached. ... Yeah. ***** him
  12. We are down 17 pts in this game with Josh Allen. That's coaching I would love McDermott to lead a boy scout troop or run a bake sale. I'd never want him giving orders to grown men. Chump add fraud.
  13. I want 5o hear him say we played well in the face of adversity with all that happened this year. Today as a moral victory. I dare him
  14. Fire the entire staff. We let daboll walk, I was against it and here we are. Clap for us.
  15. Dawkins and the ol walking with heads down and all beat. Where is clappy? Why isn't he motivating these pussies?
  16. No joke. He was suspect in earlier games. He's playing stout. Good for him.
  17. Our team is and always was soft. Is it a surprise?
  18. In risk of punishment I am going to beat the ***** drum. Fire McChump.
  19. Yep. Thankfully we have McDermott clapping for us. Can't wait until the presser when everyone asks him fluff questions.
  20. We are as in this now as much as we have been all game. Even if Cinci scores I am seeing some positivity finally. Cinci really does suck int he 2nd half.
  21. We have a lot of answers. We have good spirits. We play as a team. We have the next man up. We have opportunities! We have CLAPPING.
