Not sure this would fly. Potential may be better if tickets, at current prices, included a charter flight from the Ralph tailgate to SoCal and back at the speed of light. Even then I don't think this will be a popular option. .

Or better yet keeps the team here and decides he likes the area. Realizes the educational institutions in the area and the cost of living then decides to build/open a few east coast offices to the google empire and brings 5-10k technical jobs to the area. It could happen.

I didn't have the Bills doctors or trainers but have had 3 back surgeries and each one made my back worse. Not sure they are always as simple as others or we are lead to believe. I wish him the best, but the timing could be viewed by some as suspect and I understand why.

I think you are forgetting that the Bills use a two back system. This isn't the old days where you have a single feature back. If and when the Bills decide to let Spiller walk there will be no shortage of teams trying to sign this disappointing back.

If PSL's were really PSL's then someone should have to pay you for your seat if there is a concert, motocross, tractor pull, whatever at the stadium. This doesn't happen and I do not think you get 1st choice for your seat for these events or a concert. They only apply for the NFL games and even those are shared in NJ where the Jets and Giants share a stadium. Obviously they need to work this way, but they should call them something else because you do not license that sea at for every event. FPSL? Or BBPSL?

As a computer architect I travel each week for work. Looked for it in the Apple store but it doesn't look like they carry your book Ken. Is it available electronically anywhere? There is only so much weight I can add to my backpack and still run through an airport. .

Jacksonville brought in cruise ships to add extra hotel rooms. Don't think that would work in Buffalo. Even if they could get there the ice on the lakes in January would not allow it.

I guess what I don't understand is it's not that they took them they are complaining that they did not understand the consequences. Certainly in the 80's and 90's it was well known that they were addictive and had other side effects. If they had perscriptions they came with a printout that listed them. I looked and was not able to find a link but am sure there was an article regarding the sale that indicated that only a small potion of the purchase could be financed. I think it was something like 20%, which is still a lot. But not sure an owner can finance 50% As I said I could not find the link and it's also possible it was inaccurate. In any case I am not sure the NFL would let a small city owner finance 50% for the very reasons indicated regarding debt payments. It would make it much more difficult for the team/owner to survive. .

The state is broke and the county is going to need to come up with some money. While Erie county is also broke it is the largest by far. Not to mention the monies already spent on the Bills which was brought up. No way the Bills leave Erie county. While I would hope it would be downtown once they start looking at costs it will have to end up being a piecemeal retrofit of the Ralph. No owner will put more than a couple hundred thousand into a stadium to stay in the area. I also do not think Erie county and the state are going to come up with $500,000 or more. The taxpayers will revolt. Just watch when all of this starts to determine where the money is going to come from. By piecemeal of the Ralph I mean spead across two seasons so they can play in the middle of it. .

Except on this board people always under estimate Freddy and he somehow always surprises people. CJ had a down year he is an explosive talent. It makes no sense to move up for an explosive receiver and then let an explosive runner go. Perhaps they are thinking about carrying an extra back because of injuries? We would never get the return on CJ that he is worth just hope we can resign him to a fair contract. We got a poor return for Stevie, I would have held onto him longer just to see how the receivers play out. Would hate to have a few injuries, a drug infraction or something else weaken the position during camp. Had we held onto Stevie longer in case he was needed I am sure some team will get hit with injuries / suspensions in training camp and we could have done just as well. Sorry to see him go. .

It's still early, but most of us are crazy by a wide margin. .

I live near Sarasota Florida and the bakery at Publix supermarkets will make them for you if you order a couple of days in advance. I get them for get togethers once in a while, 2-3 times a year I guess. Not sure their the same, but pretty good none the less. I would guess if they make them at Publix then other supermarkets may as well if you ask them. You may need to find a recipe but allot of those bakers like to do something different. Just caught up on the rest of the posts. Love the idea of making them from a Kaiser. Always wondered about that. Thanks! .

Whether it's Trump or someone else, the sale could include a contract the states the team will stay in WNY. While a contract such as this could be broken it does provide more security than a handshake with a wink-wink and crossed fingers. While it may be difficult to tie sever penalties to, I have heard of similar documents being drawn up when other sports franchises have been sold in the past. .

I think Hamilton and souther Ontario is the Bills play. Sure they would get some fans from Toronto but most fans there would view it the way Buffalo fans view the team in Toronto. Just say no to J. BJ. I wouldn't want to give this weasel the chance. For him to even suggest moving our WNY team north of the boarder to the Toronto market is a deal breaker under any circumstances. It will always have been his 1st choice and therefore something we would always have to worry about. He is far more likely to move the team than Trump would ever be. He is a snake who simply pretended to be a blue color rocker if you ask me. How many people who (pretend to) stand for what he did would outright steal another city's team.
