  1. Because they couldn’t stop the run.
  2. Hancock will be a safety, he is a Micah Hyde clone.
  3. Hard to play from jail.
  4. I was being sarcastic, people here act like it’s a fate de comple. It’s months to training camp.
  5. Thanks, I was being sarcastic.
  6. Is it still possible to trade for a WR between now and September?
  7. No, Steelers took him.
  8. Have you read any accounts off what he is accused of?
  9. I agree, that situation is bad.
  10. That’s not what they did, the pressure made Mahomes look pedestrian. Eagles defense won that game.
  11. Did you watch what the Eagles did to Mahomes? Looked like bull rushing worked pretty well.
  12. Why? They still have 7 picks, if the use them all instead of trading, they will be drafting guys that won’t make the team.
  13. How he fits “The Bills had a clear need at defensive tackle heading into the draft, and sensing a drop-off coming at defensive tackle after a couple of names were taken, the Bills instead vaulted up the board for Sanders. In terms of what the Bills are looking for out of the one-technique position, Sanders is perfectly suited. Sanders, with his strength at the point of attack, his run-defending abilities, his arm length and how he could grow into the one-technique role while maintaining three-down ability as a penetrating pass rusher, is an ideal solution. He also has enough versatility to play three-technique. Even if slightly undersized for the role, the 6-foot-3, 305-pound Sanders has an arm length of 33.25 inches and shows an all-around skill set to eventually become the starter in Buffalo.” Joe Buscaglia
  14. Yes, Bills were worried the Niners were going to take Sanders, that’s why they moved up. Collins is the Niners consolation prize, or maybe he was their guy all along, but Bills knew they were taking a DT.
  15. I agree that this is more like “EJ Manuel draft”, but as it turned out the “Lamar” draft really only had 3 legitimate 1st round talents.
  16. I was surprised by that, it is a big need for the Bills. I don’t want them to reach, what do they do tonight? Take Collins no matter what?
  17. I think he actually had a fracture in that ankle, one of the toughest performances I’ve ever seen.
  18. The 2022 draft on the whole was pretty successful. It produced four solid starters, Cook Bernard, Shakir and Benford. Braylon Spector is still on the roster and Araiza would probably be the punter if he hadn’t lied to them. That leaves two guys from that draft that didn’t work out, Elam and Tenuta. That’s a pretty solid draft. Also look at the guys drafted in the first round after Elam, nobody really jumps out. Only about 50% of first rounders turn into solid starters and it drops by round from there. Producing four starters is really good.
