Defense lost those games.

I think it’s the speed and the fact that Moore has played for bad teams with bad QBs. Palmer was playing with Justin Herbert. Moore can do something the Bills have been missing, which is consistently getting to the third level. His ability to do that will open up the field. Which means everyone gets to eat more. This offense could be really dangerous.

TJ Watt Speculation after Pickens trade (Nothing Official)
chris heff replied to SCBills's topic in The Stadium Wall
Tannehill? Why would they talk to him? The Steelers moves have been head scratching and that move would continue that trend. I could careless what the Steelers do, I hope they suck forever. -
I would drop more than $4 bills at any bar to see a few games. It is cheaper and more comfortable to watch from the comfort of my home. That and before Sunday Ticket I used to go to a place a couple of blocks away, called Boston’s on the Beach. It got so bad with the cheap Pats fans, that the management made me sit alone in the back to watch.

I read somewhere that that good WRs produce even with bad QBs.

Yeah, what is that doing there? This is probably the wrong term, but that is a “politically correct” list. I guess they can’t put four Bills games on that list. -

I’d bring him in too, reminiscent of a 33 year old James Lofton. -

Everyone knows that, but taking some guy in the fourth or fifth round, that they had a bad grade on, just to make fans happy, wasn’t the plan. -
Elijah Moore Visiting the Bills today (Update: Signed!)

I don’t disagree, but didn’t the Eagles hand us the blueprint to beat the Chiefs? They made that offense and Mahomes look pretty average. Seems to me the plan for this draft and offseason was to get the bodies on defense to do just that. The Bills have not fared well in shootouts with the Chiefs. -

If a 25 year old Jerry Rice was brought in for a visit people on this board would complain. -

Is there an NFL team with a weaker WR group than the Bills?
chris heff replied to Pete's topic in The Stadium Wall
Oh I think 10 points is bad, but he was trying to put that game on the WRs, everyone was bad in that game. -

The point is DapperCam said the Bills WR contributed greatly to the Bills loss to the Ravens. The Bills top three WR out preformed the Ravens top three and yet the Ravens scored 35, while the Bills only scored 10. Could it be that the Bills defense was bad? -

Top three receivers that game. Ravens: Justice 6-78 Likely 1-26 Bateman 1-23 Bills: Shakir 6-62 Coleman 3-51 Kincaid 5-47 And yet the Ravens scored 35. -

Henry rushed for 199 yards 1TD, Jackson threw for 2 and rushed for 1 TD. Don’t think the WRs were on the field for any of that. -

In 1989 the Bills signed a soon to be 33 years old James Lofton. For those who weren’t born or are too young to remember, Lofton was the difference, the reason that offense was great. He opened up things for Reed. Defenses had to account for him. It is April, let’s see how it plays out. The Bills addressed their most glaring problem, the defense.
