    Daboll would have walked to Buffalo for this job...on a phone call. At $2000 per hour "occupied" (plus a monthly management fee, plus the variable fuel fee, plus the fractional purchase payment financing) they probably would have sprung for a plane ticket to interview him in Buffalo.
