But is the state involved in this way? Seems they would be the ones riding the builders and project managers, not PSE. Who has this ultimate authority on this build?
Exactly what can PSE do to keep this project on time/budget? It's not clear what their role is in the construction, other than as it's sole future tennant.
Brothers like Achoo. It brings to mind the crazy talk (Keyshawn Johnson in this case) about former MVP Cam Newton can still play in this league in 2021.
"Best receiving corps". OBJ is a league WR2 at this point in his career---and that's if he's in top/uninjured form. Bateman and Duvernay are role players, Agholor is an end of career journeyman and then there's a rookie. That's some sweet lineup.
Pair this with a QB who hasn't finished a season since 2020 and has thrown a career most 3100 yards 4 years ago. That's not a top 5 team with the Bills right there. So yeah, it's totally crazy talk.
