  2. i don’t have a daughter who listens, nor do i. Your opinion seems based on a throw away comment by Ms Franklin (Soul was popular or “pop” music” in the time her big hits were released, but a music aficionado such as yourself surely knew that). All popular music is subjectively (not objectively) good or bad depending on one’s taste. That’s intuitive true—by definition. Your opinion on her level of talent is like some, and unlike many. It’s neither correct nor incorrect. There are countless big pop acts out there. None has ever drawn the audience’s her shows have. By all accounts it’s a good show. Your claim that those who disagree with your opinion on this persons talent are incapable of forming their own opinion except as a result of repressed sexual yearning betrays the fact that your analytic ability is not informed by significant intellectual capability, but instead a by fragile ego.
  3. you've been analyzing the sexual desires of strangers based on their understanding of your musical preferences for 40 years? Do you get reimbursed for this?
  4. Payton/Carmichael's coaching savvy ended when Brees retired. No thanks.
  5. in your profession, this is called "projection"
  6. not good enough to keep, I guess.
  7. LOL--that may be the greatest sentence posted that I have seen in 15 years!!! anyway, pop "musical talent" (including A Franklin, in her day) is all subjective. So it actually is an indication of her musical talent. She writes songs, sings, plays instruments, runs her business...no talent there you can see?
  8. the biggest money making tour in music history (by a country mile) would seem to argue many people disagree with you.
  9. No way!!! This is news... Anyway, :
  10. what is this supposed to prove? all this love/hate for PFF (depending on their pumping/panning Bills players of course) is always good for a laugh... how do your analytical methods of rating/reviewing players differ/disagree with theirs?
  11. Sherfield a "whipping boy"?? point to all the Sherfield stinks or they are better off without Sherfiled threads. you somehow seem to have identified the wrong WR...
  12. He sure was. bunch of boneheads were calling for his release a few weeks ago...
  13. Go yell at the coaching staff. They've seen a lot of him---every practice and every game. Are you saying they are "not getting it!!!"? We've all seen what he looks like in games---following which he is usually relegated to inactive again. He got a nice EZ INT thrown right into his hands. That's his season .
  14. He wasn't performing here.
  15. money can't stave off a bad addiction. Nearly impossible habit to kick. It's amazing this could be kept quiet for the past month.
  16. https://www.tmz.com/2024/01/17/jim-irsay-found-unresponsive-blue-suspected-overdose-december-cops-say/ This happened on 12/8 apparently
  17. Shell? In 2020, he threw 33 TDs, his second most in his career. They went 12-3 and went 1 and done in the playoffs....giving up 48 points to the Browns. 6 one and dones in his last 8 playoffs.
  18. I think you've got it now...
  19. Seriously? How much faith has the team had in him this year? They wouldn’t even dress until too many injuries forced them to. come on!
  20. he was out of shape, took weeks to get fit, did absolutely nothing in the games he played in. how is this at all surprising. MCD had seen enough
  21. I figured he lost a bet and the pay up was posting that fake slide thread and the abuse that followed. no other explanation for such an idiotic topic.
  22. "so GO BILLS....and GO NFL ON PEACOCK!!"
  23. You're giving Elam too much credit. He gets burned routinely--the the point McD wouldn't play him most of the year. To say he is trained to grab a guy--I think he simply grabbed the guy since he walked passed Elam. It's not like he doesn't do the same thing at midfield...
  24. his drops (3) were just drops. 6 of his targets were intercepted (one a throwaway in the EZ). 4 for Diggs. Only 2 for Kincaid likely because of very short routes. Tell me how many of Davis targets that were INTs were his error vs bad throws by Josh Allen? You must know since you brought it up. Allen had 18 INTs--but only the ones involving Davis were WR error? Harty has only 15 catches all year. His YAC is 5.3 vs 4 for Davis. That's one running stride difference.
  25. That may be true but not as a one of the WR in place of Davis (thread topic).
