  1. Dude, just stop posting...the utter nonsense you spew onto this board makes you look like a fool...in the word's of the great Mr. T, "I pitty the foo!" Watch the whole play again numb nutts...if Levitre and Hangman don't hoist Nelson atop their shoulders to push the pile forward, while wasting precious seconds, forward progress was stopped and we get a whistle...In my opinion, forward progress was stopped and the whistle should have been blown, but it's the Bills, so no such luck...can't help but to disagree with the "no catch" rule on Corner's INT too.
  2. Not to mention that it happens on EVERY single team in the league. Why do you guys constantly reach for things to B word and moan about!?
  3. Sorry, but your stance on Spiller suggests that you don't know much about what is good for this team...Didn't need him? First of all, I love Freddy J, but he IS 29. Second, they knew what they had in Lynch...a good, not great RB, who is one false move away from a year long suspension and he really didn't, ever, want to be here. Taking Spiller wasn't just a good move, it was a great move. He is/will be a dynamic player with unmatched character that will be here for many years to come...qaside from the fact that he was the most talented kid in the entire draft. I hate to keep saying this, but you need to stop expecting an immediate turn around with an organization that was in as bad of shape as the Bills were/are when Nix & Gailey inherited them. The next best move(s) were not taking a QB and a LT in this past years draft without having the #1 overall selection. Proof is in the pudding folks...why draft a ? in a position of need!
  4. No, No, No, NO, NO!!!! Nothing that comes off the tip of Jerry Sullivan's pen is worth more than the steno pad it's written on. He is an absolute joke! He has never played a down of football in his life (sitting on the bench with a uniform on doesn't count) and has absolutely no real conception for the, A) Game of Football and, B) Business of Football. He writes well, as any other journalism major would, but that doesn't mean he knows anything! He has simply regurgitated a weeks worth or posts on ESPN...there's nothing profound here, not even a new thought. Same goes for the 2 blow hard douche bags on the afternoon drive on WGR! Get a clue morons! You host an opinion driven sports talk radio show where you invite callers to spew their opinions and you don't even give them the courtesy o allowing them to finish a thought because they may no see things through your crusty eyes. 1.) Edwards - They gave him the opportunity he deserved. He came not camp with a new attitude, almost a swagger to him. A renewed, or what seems to have been anyway, sense of confidence. He performed well in OTA's, camp, and the pre-season. Then, he gets into a live game situation and crawls into the fetal position we've all come to love. Realizing he is not a direction they will revisit, they did the only justifiable thing...rather than further demoting him, which would be a slap in the face, they released him and gave him an opportunity to catch on with another franchise. 2.) The RB situation...Lynch - Not dumping him in the offseason says to me that they liked him, they saw in him what most of us did his first 2 years in the league...BEAST MODE...he goes’ through his off the field issues, skips some OTA's, but handles the media presence surrounding trade rumors very well and keeps his nose clean. Why trade him now? Who knows...?We don't know what goes on in the locker room, or behind the closed doors of One Bills Drive....we all know he doesn't want to be here, and we all know if that's the case, his performance will suffer. We didn't get ripped off, we got fair market value for a run of the mill back...he's not "elite" or even "special" he's a good. Bell - were we supposed to cut Lynch, Jackson, Spiller, or McEntyre to make room for him? NO! He goes to the practice squad, bides his time and waits for a call to duty...Philly placed the call first and this game is all about opportunity. Jackson - A true team player who didn't take anything as an insult. He's a guy that is on board with the direction of the organization and accepts his fate...good things come to those who wait! Spiller - a "REACH" @ #9? Are you f&*$#&g kidding me? He was highly, and widely, regarded as the best player in this draft you dunce! 3) Troup & Carrington – They are guys that need time to develop. Spot duty and practice is the right thing to do…you don’t throw these guys to the wolves so they don’t perform to a level they have come to expect from themselves…that will demoralize them and potentially ruin their careers…(Trent Edwards)! 4.) Kelsay – I got nothing…dumbfounded by that move…but it’s inevitable… 5.) Levi Brown – NO TEAM IN THE NFL keeps a QB on the practice squad! It’s the 3rd string QB’s job to study the upcoming opponent and run the scout offense. You’re damn right that Nix needs to hit rock bottom! It’s a necessity to build a foundation for the future! Success is measured on how high you bounce after you hit rock bottom…don’t you know that….TOOL!! (All comments are directed toward Sullivan and all those who think he’s worth a sh*t, not the original poster.)
  5. Amen brother, we got market value for a run of the mill back. But we have to understand that just because we're fans, doesn't make us "football guys/girls." Again, this is the first year of building (not "rebuilding") a team...can you say open tryouts for every player on the field? Don't be surprised if there are more moves made by week 6, and throughout the season (including the support staff...yeah you, George Edwards).
  6. Again with the "unvinceable?" What does that even mean you Cro-Magnon looking ruhtard? By the way, luv the mug shot. P.s. D-O-U-C-H-E Bag! BAg! BAG!
  7. We may need it sooner than 0-16...Like in 2 weeks when we play Jax and Trent starts and pulls out a "first 5 games of 2008" performance...LOL....god, I hope not!
  8. But they ARE the top 3 and anything less would be unacceptable.
  9. Fred was gay (Ascott) Daphne was a ho (always wanted to be with Fred) and Velma was a lesbo (haircut and god awful outfit). And don't gforget about Skooby snacks...like crack for toons..."you got some rock...you got some skooby snacks...I'll suck yo #$@&!"
  10. No thanks, I pass on anyone who went to BALL St....he's obviously a limp wristed homo...LOL
  11. You've articulated your point well. Excellent use of verbiage and control of the English language; however, it my be the dumbest thing I've ever heard. If that were the case, no underclassmen would ever declare. Especially those with elite collegiate level talent as they all would know they would be getting drafted by a sub-mediocre team.
  12. Or let Kelsay cover Finley...LOL
  13. That's a good bingo!! My thoughts exactly...however, if you look at his play i the preseason, he's the type of back that needs a number of touches to do his thing...1st carry, -1 yrd: 2nd carry, -3 yrds: 3rd carry, -7 yrds: 4th carry...20 some odd yrd TD run, while smoking 1, 2 even 3 dudes in the process...Yeah, he set a NCAA record for kick & punt returns for TD's...guess what, it took a WHOLE LOT of attempts to do so. Bottom line, the kid needs carries to "get going" as Chan so eloquently put it. Cuz Detroit is in the 3rd year of their process of rebuilding and they believe they should be winning NOW. And, hate to say, they're a better team than the BILLS.
  14. I know it was only one game, but Andrew Luck's stock rose tremendously after his performance last weekend. He looked like a man among boys. Plus it may give us an opportunity to trade down and pick up an extra second, which will be crucial as we need to get some quality picks for the OL and LB. Just sayn'...
  15. "Are you too good for your home?"
  16. That's a stretch, even for you crayonz
  17. 0....he should've been cut right along with Hardy
  18. Yes, that rules...I want one! Yes, they do exist! White Spiller throwback
  19. It's pronounced (Ruh-tard), thank you very much!
  20. Everything I've read on this kid speaks to his team first mentality and his character! He hasn't played a down that's worht anythig yet and he's my favorite Bill!
  21. I never said it ha to rhyme D-Bag! And you're still wrong...Technically, Haiku's are NOT based on the # of syllables, nor do they have to be structured in 3 lines. In contemporary literature, most Haiku's range from 6-15 syllables and are structured as a one line stanza...You're barking up the wrong tree here with your frivolous arguments. Take an English class a little more advanced than 10th grade and get back to me. OK, then we all agree to disagree...we're not English majors, we're BILLS FANS! Squish the fish! GO BILLS!
  22. Good read...If Trent does what he needs to do, I see a very different outcome for the Bills this year than all the "experts" are predicting. Trent's last chance!
  23. I usually reserve my "gut feelings" in fear of being way off, but for some reason this week, I see the BILLS executing a well structured game plan and handing the Dolphags a big shiteburger. To which, the "experts" will say, it's only week one, the Bills will still only win 3-5 games...Then, we beat the Pack in week two, and the "experts" still don't BILLIEVE and say "their problem was not getting out of the gate, it's been tripping and falling on the home stretch." We'll see...
  24. Banjamin Barker You put the "D" in D-Bag Shut the front door, tool! Actually, you're wrong...look it up, then come back and apologize.
