Later that day, Rice broke that record. To be second to the greatest receiver ever should be enough to get you into the HOF.

    Richmond, CA is probably worse than Oakland. Murders are not uncommon there. This happened in the" Iron Triangle" area, where railroad lines form a triangle. On one day several years ago, in a 1 mile radius, there were three unrelated murders in the space of an hour.
