+ 1. Reid says that Childress deserves another shot at HC. Can't see him getting another shot w/o being a full time OC somewhere. I think Reid will let Childress come to Bills.

If the Bills cut Tyrod loose, it will be a rebuild and a couple of 3 - 13 seasons. Unless they pull off a pretty substantial trade and give up most likely high draft picks to get a veteran qb. I believe the Bills should keep Tyrod, keep their picks, and sign a FA QB. I know there are fans who hate this but there is no easy answer for Bills QB situation.

This Gregg Olson was a closer with the Orioles when he first came to the Majors. He was really good. They used to play the song "Wild Thing" by The Troggs when he trotted to the mound. Pretty cool.

McDermott has been interviewed for HC jobs the last 3 years I believe. He's been on the radar of other teams for awhile. We will never know for sure because Pegula won't get into these details. The NFL is a relatively small group of people. You may not know someone directly but you know someone who knows him.

Maybe one day, the Rooney rule won't be needed but unfortunately it still does. Also rules get bent and twisted all the time. It's hard to prevent some of it regardless of the measures taken. I do think this is good experience for Lynn at a bare minimum. He's getting good exposure and if he doesn't get a HC this year, another year as an OC may get him one next year.

I watched very little this year and it definitely helped. No kidding.

8. I agree. They need to get it right. I don't think Lynn is the guy. To me, Lynn will get it either by default because the Bills won't be able to get "their" guy or Lynn will be picked after an "exhaustive" search. I'm at a point where I don't have confidence in the FO. I just signed the Bills to a prove it contract. LOL

I want the Bills to be a well run organization. A team that is tough, plays hard, and plays smart. A team that doesn't beat itself with penalties, blown assignments, or has players suspended for stupid stuff. I want a front office that makes solid draft picks, acquires players off waivers, and draws interest from free agents. Quit drafting 1st rounders who aren't 1st rounders, questionable injury history, or reaching for players. Get smart.

Had to laugh about Sunday being the cartoon before the main feature (Mondays press conference). I don't expect to hear anything of real substance. A thorough search for the next head coach and blah blah blah. Whaley is like a white noise machine.

If the Bills hire a good coach, some of these players will be released. Pretty telling what Watkins said about needing to change the culture.
