  1. The actual winning percentages between the two teams in overtime are 50-50. Winning the toss doesn't give you a statistically better chance to win the game. EDIT: It's actually 52% for the winner of the toss. I just looked it up.
  2. He should've made a play at the end of regulation.
  3. Well, time to hit the sack.
  4. I think it's a catch, but what do I know.
  5. Are all reviews in OT booth reviews?
  6. Challenge that. Ball was not under control
  7. This is a nice time out for the Saints to get their 4th down play together.
  8. Generous spot.
  9. Then back to a 51 yd field goal. I don't know what Aikman is talking about by saying "chip shot." They should've thrown it on 1st or 2nd down.
  10. Those runs were a Dick Jauron call. Playing for a 51yd field goal as if it's an extra point?
  11. If Minnesota can win this game, on the road, with 4 turnovers, I will be amazed.
  12. Favre will be back. He's an old school Kenny Stabler type.
  13. I agree that the rules are weak, but per today's rules that was a clear penalty. You just can't try to punish the QB in any way.
  14. I agree with Joe Buck.
  15. ... might be time to bench Peterson for a while ...
  16. With all due respect to Indianapolis, these are the two best teams in the NFL.
  17. Is Pat Williams playing in this game? I don't think he's made a tackle.
  18. Small, fast, cover 2 defense looked pretty good today against the Jets.
  19. I don't see why anyone would have any reason to be upset or lack confidence in the team, I mean look at all the success the Bills have had in the last decade.
  20. The only problem with the Bills 4-3 is that they don't really play a 4-3. It's more like a 2-5, with two linemen sized players and 5 linebacker sized guys. If they just get some bigger DEs, they'll be fine. Granted, it's hard to find big guys agile enough to play end and rush the passer, but if you do then your defense looks like Minnesota's.
  21. Even a blind dog finds a bone once in a while.
  22. Except the return of Aaron Schobel. I agree with you generally, however, that the line played better than two seasons ago. Sanders has to get some of the credit for that.
  23. The saddest thing about all of this is that Al Davis WAS a football genius. These last few years are tarnishing his legacy and making a generation of fans think of him as some hack owner.
