They were lucky enough to draft/acquire talented RBs that fit the bill. They were strong enough to run between the tackles and fast enough to hit the perimeter. The Chiefs had McKinnon/#10. The Patriots during their dynasty had Dillon, Smith. Cook isn't built that way. Ask yourself why Kirby Smart didn't use him that way?

Cook is NOT a run between the tackles type RB. He runs to daylight. The Bills need a RB that can run between the tackles and have the speed to hit the perimeter, a la Breece Hall. JT28 is also that guy

I'm ready to move on from Gabe Davis, Tre White, Bernard at MLB, James Cook as the starting RB. The Deonte Harty signing is a joke. Spencer Brown getting bull rushed into his QB on multiple occasions was pitiful. Leonard Floyd, Groot and Milano had good games
