  1. If there were more Scott Piolis in the world maybe there would be less anxiety for those outside the "norm."
  2. Brady puts the ball where his guys don't get killed and quite often have an opportunity to pick up more which explains a lot of their success.
  3. I am so sick of hearing about the Patriots cheating I could puke. Move on people. So what, everyone looks for an edge, New England is better in all phases of the game currently. Either beat them or shut up and watch Happy Days reruns.
  4. Same here, I still remember where I was and the historical value of the fact that there were zero punts
  5. But that was one of the greatest moments ever, especially since it was Kevin Gilbride.
  6. No surprise here. As far as the world is concerned the NFL is a regional nuanced sport. Outside of the US they have heard of Brady (maybe) but revere Messi, Christiano, Pogba, Neymar......
  7. There are a lot of good NFL head coaches that don't seem to be able to cut it also. There is only so much room at the top of the League, when you combine that with the lack of true starting Quarterback talent the slope gets slippery fast. Exactly. College is the way cushier gig.
  8. Bit of Catch-22 you might say?
  9. Is this like the Whaley and McDermott friction? A story that has legs/no legs?
  10. That didn't take long. Guess the sky isn't falling and we can get back to our regularly scheduled programming now, like weed, qbs, or Peg's dog?
  11. Hands down the NFC west. The 49r's and Lambs will water down that division big time.

  13. No real surprise here. McD has come across as a no nonsense guy who just leads by example (commitment, hardwork, dedication) and expects the same from everyone else. He just wanted to let Dareus know that there was a new sheriff in town and the circus was over. Get on the bus or get left behind. To hold the superstars to a higher standard is just good business because when everyone else sees you are willing to take out the lead dog they step a little higher, a little harder, a little faster.
  14. Color me three quarters full of Koolaid. I believe we will be playing meaningful football in December. As some have stated: we have a top ten offense, what should be an improved defense, and a coach that doesn't give games away. All of those things add up in my book to a much improved team that doesn't beat themselves. A step in the right direction, to say the least. Now God forbid, Taylor gets dinged along the way and Peterman steps in, throws it around the yard or over the middle, and then we......play in January. Shhhhh Nice
  15. That is my thinking.
  16. How ass backwards, testing during their free time-their vacation. I would rather have the ones who want to spark up sitting at home high, playing video games on their flat screen waiting on some girls to come by instead of out hitting cops with champagne bottles in the off season.
  17. 9 sacks and he holds the edge giving us a defense that doesn't give up 100 yards a game on the ground on average.
  18. As my Grandfather used to say, "everything is for sale." It's all about what someone is willing to pay.
  19. If Jimmy G buys into the Patriot way, which I believe he does, and BB thinks JG is his next guy they will work it out. Brady might be the only sacred cow in New England, the guy they won't dump.
  20. You can't handle the truth
  21. Watkins may not have a choice in this matter.
