  1. Underrated by the rest of football (first that come to mind): smerlas gardner mcgee moulds taron johnson glenn parker
  2. In - mostly because it's page 69 and I'm immature. That said - he's living the life he wants. Why should any of us care?
  3. Kiko Alonso Karlos Williams TO Chris Hogan Punt God Duke Williams Da'Rick Rogers
  4. Our drafts have been good for the most part. The mistakes to me have been when they've drafted position of need over best player available. Rarely does the position of need step in year 1 and play at high level. There's enough turnover in the league that the "best player available"s position will be a need in a season or two. I think this is why Beane has been very good in later rounds. Philadelphia has been great at letting someone fall to them (probably from Alabama or Georgia)
  5. The issue become if it's coin-toss/shrug, what savings do we get by taking him? Even if he signs for a vet minimum, we're still on the hook for Samuel, Moore and Palmer if they're cut. Unless we can trade Samuel, I just don't see it happening.
  6. Nobody is going to offer him more than what Jacksonville is on the hook for. He will sign for the vet minimum and continue to collect the remainder of his pay from Jacksonville. He has complete control over where he wants to go. He can choose to chase a title as a role player or try to find a spot on a team that needs him to be a WR2/3 in hopes that he can get enough receptions and stats to get another deal down the road.
  7. Baltimore seems like it could be a fit. Strong leadership, has handled personalities in the past, good system for him offensively.
  8. Atlanta trading back into the 1st to take a second DL was a bit of a shock.
  9. Agreed - Sanders seems like the only real target, with someone likely wanting to jump Cleveland. The Steelers dont have the ammo. The Titans and Giants took their QB. Dropping back to the Saints pick would have been too much. Cleveland had no incentive to move up from either of their early 2nd rounders. Outside of Tennessee wanting to jump the Eagles for Campbell, I don't see where there was a realistic partner that would allow us to get "our guy" rather than best remaining.
  10. 39. Shavon Revel CB East Carolina 47. Xavier Watts S Notre Dame 78. Jayden Higgins WR Iowa State 89. Shemar Turner DT Texas A&M 170. Jay Higgins LB Iowa 173. Jeffrey Bassa LB Oregon 207. Kyle McCord QB Syracuse
  11. If I know one thing about Mr. Bond, it is that he doesn't throw the word "patently" around lightly. I'm confident he's innocent now.
  12. Had my meeting today. Lower bowl endzone. PSL: $2500 ($500 down, $100/month for 20 months at 0 interest) season tickets: $1,665 My equivalent seat at the old stadium was $1249 for reference. No data yet for 300/400 level seats.
  13. Rarely does criticism come from someone who is doing better than you.... Monos was director of personnel for the Bills 2013-2017. Let's look at the track record: 2013: Ej Manuel, Robert Woods, Kiko, Marquis Goodwin, Duke Williams, Jonathan Meeks Dustin Hopkins, Chris Gragg 2014: Sammy Watkins, Cyry Kouandijo, Preston Brown, Ross Cockrell, Cyril Richardson, Randell Johnson, Seantrel Hendersen 2015: Ronald Darby, John Miller, Karlos Williams, Tony Steward, Nick O'Leary, Dezmin Lewis 2016: Shaq Lawson, Reggie Ragland, Adolphus Washington, Cardale Jones, Jonathan Williams, Kolby Listree, Kevon Semour 2017: Tre White, Zay Jones, Dion Dawkins, Matt Milano, Natah Peterman, Tanner Vallejo One good draft class in 5 tries - coincidently the first year Beane and McDermott were here with him.
