Cash to Cap is our way(excuse) so as not to have the money to sign bigtime players. Teams liek the Jets re-do contracts all the time to create space now for future year's expenses. We limit ourselves as much as we can to keep longterm comittments down in terms of salary.

no reason we can't ditch the cap to cash deal and get a capologist and free up 50 million or so next year if they wanted to. Just need re-sructuring contrdcts like our jets and pats always do.

Drafting the LT from USC or Stanford would make me happy. we'd be set for next ten years.

Avril and rout woul dbe a great start to fixing our defense and still allowing us high picks for OLBs and Lt or another def end. we would be going from mediocre to great defense in one year. Poster is right on target.

With picks like Troup, Carrington,Witner, Easly, Hardy, Maybin, Losman, et el it is real hard to build thru the draft.

Off the top of my head it looks like G men drafted better than us last few yrs despoite being below us in draft order., Case in point, Linvelle Joseph the DT was taken in 2nd round after we took Trouper. Ooops.... Let's see, the G men dratedf Mario Manningham the year I think we took Hardy before him in same round? We took Spiller, they took Pierre-Paul same round. They traded up to get Eli. We traded up to get Losman?? WTF kind of organization do we have here and expect to win if we can not get our 1st 3 or 4 picks to start , never mind star.
