Put him on Indy or New England or New Orleans with real QBs and he would have about 1600 yards , 15 TDs and 125 receptions. How can people criticize this guy when look at our Qbs and OL. No time to throw or can;'t throw is the real reason. Evans is a super receiver in a bad offense.

I agree as you never heard about IQ stuff when he was dominating everyone. I say try him out. He's big and tough. Play the Pats, lets him blitz and say "Kill Bubba Kill" to the guy. Would be real sad if he hurt Tommy boy, wouldn't it. I think the Jets will get him though as they are going for it this year.

As stop gaps O would sign Faneca, Adams and also Thomas, just released by our friends the Pats, just to zap them when we play them. Faneca woudl serve the same purpose as well as helping our young guys develop like he did for the jets. Would cost $, but WTF, there is no cap anyway. Ralph can downgrade from his Taurus to a used Toyota.

Wilson played great last year and Dante average. I'm OK with that tandem at SS.

Realistic as can be is that Miami, Jets and New England has imporved themselves each more than we have. We still have questions on OL and QB like last year. I say 7-9 is about right if all goes well.

from sporting news Bottom line: Our first exposure to Brown was during practice at the Texas Versus The Nation Game, and to say we were disappointed would be an understatement because he looked uncomfortable dropping back from under center, which led to bad footwork and inconsistent accuracy throughout the week. However, in the first game we evaluated versus Central Michigan, he jumped off the film with his ability to make excellent throws on all types off passes and to make key throws on important downs. Brown started his college career at Richmond and transferred to Troy University where he flourished in their wide-open spread passing attack. However, he is going to have to prove he can function playing under center. We are always hesitant to give a high grade to quarterbacks who play in a spread passing attack because for them to be successful they must learn a number of new skills. However, unlike many spread quarterbacks (Tim Tebow and Dan LeFevour) Brown has a very compact throwing motion and gets rid of the ball very quickly, which puts him ahead of both of those quarterbacks. He will need time to develop in an NFL offense, but we believe he has the talent to become a quality starting quarterback.

Almost like we did not draft any QB as it may interefre with the 3 studs we currently have.

What I love about this draft is that next year we get to do it all over again needing an OT and also a QB. we get to repeat the process. Why take a chance on Pike or Lafoure or Campbell or Clausen or the OT from USC Brown when we can draft reach NTs and Wrs. It is obvious to me that Buddy has a different sense of what we need to build this team.

Let's just keep drafting WRs and Dbs. we don't need any OL on this team. We are set there with our guys. Don't peopel watch the games and see how good our OL was last year. And now signing Green fromn the Raiders seals the deal.

why would we want OTs? We have Jonny Scott and the stiff rom Oakland in those spots. OTs are overarted. Lets just draft WRs and DBs and fool everyone.

Let's draft either a WR or DB in the third round. That's what it seems to me where we are going anyway. So tough being a bills fan. Would have rather had Arthur Jones than this guy.

We have no QB , no LT and no signings of any significance in off-season. Have ateam slaary that will be bottom 5. I wonder why? why did we not re-sign Pat Willims , Clements, leonard, Winfield, etc? yeah, it's not money...

To pass on Clausen, Mccoy even Brown the OT or Kindel and take a guy that played low level competion means to me Ralph wanted to save $ once again. Terrible choice.

Prefice it to say I dislike the Jets but do admire that they are going after it in an uncapped year. Past few years they have added Santonio Holmes, Jason Taylor, Braylon Edwards, Sanchez(The Sanchize that they traded up to get, Calvin Pace, Bart Scott, Kris Jenkins, Alan Faneca. My Bills went after TO, Hartencrapper, and the RB ferguson? WTF gives. We are so far behind them as we should have gone Ryan but kept Jaron instead. Sick over this.

There are only so many 6ft 3 or 4 inch guys that weigh more than 325lbs in the world that play football. This is reason so few exist that can actually play.
