  1. kentucky is a bunch of giants. hell
  2. seems like the cl0ts didnt want to leave the top 10
  3. preston brown isnt flashy but solid. had a different coordinator every step of the way over his young career and he has adapted. only looked kind of clueless in the rex ryan disaster. glenn is a pro bowl left tackle if he is healthy.
  4. yes. both spoke english. it felt like the retention discounts of the past are done and the party is over
  5. fyi. i just called to do the song and dance and at&t will happily disconnect your account. been there 10 years. was offered $10 a month and free hbo for 6 months. tried 2 different reps. guess ill have to look into bundling my spectrum internet
  6. they kicked the poop out of them. it was actually worse than the score indicated. some bad turnovers kept it close for a half.
  7. they have out-played and certainly out-hustled arizona so far.
  8. win or lose. amazing showing by the bulls
  9. does "talk down to people" = cutting callers short or not indulging their "IMOs"? Because 98% of the time, the callers are the worst. Schopp and the Bulldog, especially want and encourage callers to use some thought and provide some tangible evidence to back up their thoughts. Callers almost never bring it and its full of guessing, conjecture, fantasy trade scenarios that are a waste of time.
  10. Buffalo still isn't a good option at all for any of these QBs. They are going to start (for now) with an extremely limiting cast of WRs. They are going to have a shiny new kid waiting and the minute the FA Vet QB slips up or the team drops a game or two people are going to be demanding the new kid... while the team intends to hand the steering wheel over before long.
  11. just waiting to see where Chris Burkett and Flip Johnson land
  12. Joe B IMO seems to have the most grounded, well-researched, and un-biased (either way) information and view points. He has no schtick or anything he needs to feed into so he is straight-forward. He is the best of the lot.
  13. to me its Murphy and Jones. It is so vanilla and unlistenable. Boring. I like Murphy too from the most part, he runs a good show. I think the problem is Jones. I don't hate him so much, I just think you need a better Yang to Murphy's Yin. Put the wrong guy there and the show is ruined. Kind of when the Sabres put Harry Neale with Jeanneret and it was awful. With Jeanneret, you need kind of a straight man (which Lorentz was and Rob Ray is, believe it or not). Jones is kind of boring, never really thinks outside the box or takes chances, and always agrees with Murphy.
  14. i love this. what a plan. started a year ago. got tre white. no tanking, winning attitude. still going to the top of the draft with house money
  15. he was burning a hole in their pockets. It could have been announced that they were getting a 4th rounder and I wouldnt have been shocked
  16. i have lived in a bunch of places and done a bit of traveling. its Connecticut and its not close
  17. I dont think I have ever heard anyone say they dislike Herbstreit
  18. I bought a TV about 1.25 years ago. After extensive research, and really leaning toward the "Big 2" in Sony and Samsung, I was alerted to Vizio: https://www.vizio.com/tvs/m75e1.html. It rated just as good or better than similar sized/featured Sony/Samsungs at like half the price. So far I really like it. I got a Sonos bar and its great too. https://www.cnet.com/products/vizio-m65-e0/review/
  19. I don't think so. With all the problems that happened and embarrassing details that came out it was a long shot.... but now with this, kind of "women's revolution" of 2017-2018 it becomes even more far fetched
  20. Legally, the trust were to sell the Bills to the highest bidder. What Wilson "told" Russ Brandon had nothing to do with it, and Russ Brandon was virtually powerless in the process to select a preferred buyer Ralph Wilson didnt sell the team in his later years because he and his heirs would be double-taxed, costing hundreds of Millions of dollars. Wilson also intended on Miami, but hit some roadblocks and then (with the urging of a local guy, forget his name) went with Buffalo. He didnt choose Buffalo over Miami, necessarily. He did have a charm with him and treated his full time employees well. I agree there. Chocolate footballs, Christmas bonuses, good benefits and all. That side of negotiations was on the county. Ultimately, Wilson signed off on it, but it is on the County and State push for stronger Non Relocation terms. If the team wanted to be secure here, the County and State would have been pleased to make it much stronger and longer in length. Also, if the timing didnt go down the way it did, it could have been a different story. Mr Wilson passed away before the paint was dry on the renovations... If Wilson passed before the agreement was signed, or if he held on 2-4 more years, it would be a different story, especially without Pegula or his interest. I'm cornered into pooping on Ralph Wilson, and I really don't want to do that because I have no ill will at this point and appreciate the Bills as his "creation". The reality/result is they have been here for 58 years and are staying. I now try to avoid going this deep into this stuff as it is no longer relevant.
