A good Coordinator can adjust and take what a defense gives him. The jets tried the two high shell like everyone else in the copycat NFL but Brady chose to run the ball and work the seam with Kincaid and Have Josh make 2 reads and then go outlet to a back out of the backfield and kill that defense. Not so much creative ( which Dorsey couldn't do to save his life) but high percentage and sustainable. just smart football. Cook can beat any linebacker in the league 1 on 1 and Kincaid can as well and most safeties. I loved Brady's gameplan and It also worked to Get josh's confidence back which was the most important part.

100 percent this. I noticed That Brady featured Cook and Kincaid. a little Shakir too. I love that he has versatile pieces when a defense shuts Diggs down . ( i don't count Davis because that dooshnozzle has disappeared lately) We can carry this high percentage ball control offense right in to the playoffs if the Defense holds up.

Answer to the two high safety zone ? let Josh Run and have options challenging those safeties to make a choice. Let Josh gash you and stay home in deep coverage. Commit to cut Josh off and he wrecks you deep. Dorsey lost his job because he would not adapt. Stayed with the same tired predictable offense. No creativity at all. Hope Brady can adjust.

IMHO MCClappy should of had an envelope with a final check in it for our Smiley in the locker Room. A neutered Josh Allen is a useless Josh Allen. Let him play the way he wants. Loose and wild. He’s a grown man. He knows the risks of running and getting hit. Besides how is that “ controlled “ Josh working out for you?

You can’t blame this huge hearted yet depleted defense for that loss. When the offense couldn’t produce dick and got off the field so fast that put huge strain on this D and they still played a pretty damn good game overall. The blame for this loss is the offense and dreadful special teams play. Yes they didn’t tackle well but MCClappy garbage schemes and sending all out blitz at the absolute wrong time several times last night helped nothing. There needs to be way better play in the other 2 phases. Defenses should never play with short fields and should have rests while the O operates. None of that happened.

Not for Long . If the team continues to be garbage MCClappy will clap his way out of a job. The best part here no more excuses. There’s no more shyt that can roll downhill.

Here’s the problem. We’ve had season changing injuries on Defense. The Priority of this head coach should have been to talk to Dorsey and say take this incredibly capable offense and slam its foot on the gas and score as many points as possible to make up for the deficiencies on defense. At least that should of been the plan. What did we get instea? Conservative bullshyt on Offense and then to top it off? The Defense that McDermott is running is getting torched. No adjustments on Offense NO adjustments on Defense and That is 100 percent on McDermott. He has reached his ceiling. Dorsey does not run a balanced offense. That is STILL on McDermott. Injuries aside this team is a mess and he needs to be fired.

I saw so many breakdowns of our offense versus the bengals. Our offense is not giving Josh enough options. It lack creativity and it stifles the things Josh does best. Our QB is being neutered and it needs to stop.
