10 is fair for someone that can beat any lb in the league to the corner as well as smoke most safeties in coverage out of the backfield. Brady is no dummy and Cook got the ball so much because we knew he was and is a mismatch problem. his explosiveness and production out of the backfield is just straight up elite. not sure another running back on the roster can give us cook's production. So pay the man 10 or 11 mil/yr and be done with it. And if he doesn't take it he can pound sand.

We've already had too many players that " disappear" for long stretches. This defense needs a consistent tackle to stuff the run and space eat. I like Harmon's consistency over grants potential here.
