  1. Pretty amazing to me how the league can turn on a weekend.. Heading into the weekend the talk was all Green Bay and the less than stellar Lions. 48 hours later, the Packers forgot the "on any given Sunday" mantra and the Lions curb stomped the Ravens under the bright lights. Now it feels like the Lions division to lose.
  2. one too many CJs on the same team.. had to go...
  3. per google The Texans released C.J. Gardner-Johnson due to friction and dissatisfaction behind the scenes, as he was critical of teammates, complained about his role and desire to blitz more, and had requested a trade, making him a poor fit for the team's direction after a rough 0-3 start to the season.
  4. All I know is one will be 1-3 and that could not have been predicted at the beginning of the season.. The fact that the Cheats have a genuine concern about repeating as division champs is marvelous.
  5. The TD pass to St Brown and the 4th down pass to him were chef's kiss. Doesn't get any better than those two throws. Now factor in when and where they were in the game and on the road. Goff will definitely garner MVP attention.
  6. LJ8 has been sacked 12 times in 3 games.. ooh la la
  7. Lions Defense per PFF 7 sacks 30!!! pressures 1 TO Wow.. just f'in wow..
  8. I said last night, go Lions.. Now Ravens go beat the Chiefs and put a stake in that Vampires heart. Beat them up a little too while you're at it. Could not have been a better outcome last night as a Bills fan. Buffalo at Home against the Saints, don't let your guard down for one second and take care of 'bidness.' Meanwhile in the late window, bring out the popcorn and settle in. After week 4 the Ravens could be 2.5 half games behind the Bills for the one seed and the Chiefs could be three or The Ravens could be 3.5 games behind the Bills for the one seed and the Chiefs could be two.
  9. The morning after 1. Watching the Ravens lose brings me joy. 2. Detroit is such a fun team to watch. The creativity. The "big onions" 3. All I could say after that 4th down throw was "wow" 4. The world deserves a Buffalo vs Detroit Superbowl 5. Lamar with some stat padding there at the end to keep the MVP hopes alive. 6. I said it after the Bills-Ravens game and I'll say it again. Baltimore scores too fast. They make these huge splash plays on Offense and score quickly, but their Defense is left on the field all night. They wear down. 7. Detroit had THE perfect game plan against the Ravens last night. 8. 7 sacks of LJ8. He will definitely need the ice bath today. 9. Ravens 1-2 vs Chiefs 1-2.. LOVE it!!!
  10. I wonder if our opinions on Groot are camera following the ball biased. This seems to be a popular opinion as he was not involved in any splash plays/sacks. According to PFF Groot was credited with 8 pressures in a game where 11 passes were behind the line of scrimmage and Allen/Tua were a combined 1.4 air yards at one point. He was in for a total of 40 snaps. Tua threw it 34 times. So his pressure rate was approximately 1 in 4 passing snaps.

  12. We are living in an AI world these days..
  13. It was a helluva gamble considering how poorly Prater missed on the first FG try. A miss there increases the anxiety across WNY.
  14. Musing with 'some' sleep 1. Josh can not throw a better pass than the one he threw to Kincaid in the right end zone corner. Timing, angle, placement.. ooh la la 2. Cook is such a sneaky runner. It doesn't look like he is running and then bam, he turns it up a notch. 3. Wasn't surpised at all the game was close. Dolphins playing for their season last night. 4. Roughing the kicker was the play of the game. 5. Surprised the Bills did not get a sack in that game with such a patchwork OLINE they were up against. 6. Miami is going through DBs at an unsustainable rate. 7. Tre White looks slow. He did make some good tackles though. 8. Held my breath through the commercial break when Benford went down. Glad he was able to finish. 9. The Prater miss had a huge impact on momentum. 10. Allen picking up 19 on a 1st and 20 scramble was also a massive play in the game. 11. TB.. TB.. TB.. The nailer in the coffin. 12. Miami has a nice two-headed monster in the backfield now. 13. Special Teams not so special.. Fix that please.
  15. Idk. That pass Josh threw to Kincaid in the end zone was exquisite. Too bad the Fins broke it up.
  16. Game Balls to Mia-Seeler, Mia-Tua and Buf-Bernard. 😃
  17. Thinking we see Ty Johnson in this game. He's been kept under wraps up to this point.
  18. Williams vs Achane will be the game within the game this week.
  19. Interesting Josh isn’t on injury report
  20. Do they not get a recovery day? What is the typical schedule of a traveling team playing TNF when they played on Sunday then?
  21. Jeez louise... he really can't stay on the field anymore..
  22. Certainly not lost in the noise, but rather celebrated in 31 other fan bases. Such is the life of the king that wears the crown. Chiefs are so lucky they get the Giants next. A loss to the Giants just might be the beginning of a season implosion. But sadly we all know that the Chiefs will right the ship.
  23. Thursday night games are really unfair to the traveling team. Their work week gets compressed even further when you have to travel Wednesday after playing Sunday. So Monday is a film day. Tuesday is off. Wednesday, hop on the plane. How can they possible do any game planning?
