    The whole process is based on Boy Scouts over Ballers. No one of this team has any trade value for when the next regime takes over. Our culture is built around a loser mentality and whoever gets hired in 2021 will have much less to work with then his regime did

    The whole narrative that he wasn’t a good OC in the past because he didn’t have good QBs, will just lead him to be hired by another team in a few years & they will justify giving me another chance because the last QB he coached was Josh Allen

    To be a playoff team, we need to win games like Dallas, Baltimore, Pittsburgh and/or New England. If we have no chance at beating those teams we don’t deserve to make the playoffs

    Agreed this is year 3 of the process, results are mandatory. I was never a big fan of this process and want so badly to be wrong.

    There’s no way McDermott is going to outcoach Tomlin in Pittsburgh and we don’t have the talent to make up for the the coaching mismatch

    I think we have already seen Allen's ceiling, it's pretty low. You overcome being outcoached if you have talent & a franchise QB, we have neither. We have a process.

    If we don't make the playoffs this year or in 2020, I doubt McDermott goes into 2021 has a lame duck coach. Beane might get to pick a coach to save his job.

    We beat the Jets & Titans because they missed FGs. It's just coming full circle in the second half of the season, now it's our time to lose games because of missed FGs.

    Best case scenario was being 9-2 on Thanksgiving and needing to overcome a 4 game losing streak against the Jets to win & get in, but then payback from 2015 happens. While culture is important, you also need talent & coaching. We lack the latter & week 17s won’t mean anything until we address that.

    Agree, I could care less about his story and since our O-line has improved, I don’t miss him that much. But there were teams last year when I looked at the team and thought “Damn, I wish we still had Richie” and he is big reason for Josh Jacobs and the Raiders success. Garbage human, HoF talent

    I don't care about splashy plays, I just don't want to be last in the league in interior rush yards allowed. Star is supposed to stop that from happening, that's why Star is getting called out

    Star isn't doing good at what he does, that's why he is being called out. You don't have to understand much about football to watch an All-22, see him getting pushed around by single blockers or never even get in the way of a running back.

    Part of overall performance is not making mistakes. Tom Brady, average arm talent, doesn't make mistakes, gets paid more than Blake Bortles.

    The reason guy A gets paid more then guy B is usually because guy A makes less mistakes, it's implied.
