  1. He's hardly the GM, pal. Why don't you do some research before saying something so pointless. Everyone here knows Brandon's purpose in the front office is to sell tickets.
  2. He is brilliant because he knew to maintain low prices in a bad market? That's the best reason not too boo him?
  3. Why did you italicize remotely? I think it's at least mildly accurate.
  4. First fumble was not his fault. Second one on 3rd and 22nd means when Losman gets signed in the offseason next summer it will be as a backup.
  5. No. After seeing the turnout its obvious the league will fail immediately and the entire purpose of the league right now is to get Losman and four decent coaches back in the NFL. I feel bad for JP. I think he easily could've been a third stringer and decided to get on the field because he was sick of sitting. It was a ballsy move, but it looks like even if he throws for 600 yards, it wont work.
  6. How can a league be so bad at marketing? They literally should've given away free seats to sell out the first game and give the impression of legitimacy. This is embarrassing.
  7. No wonder we suck. He's saying things work in practice?? Of course they do, in practice the cover 2 formation where you back off all the corners 15 yards works because Trent Edwards doesn't look at his receivers. Edit: To be more on point. I actually think the upgrade of Ashlee Palmer is just another sad indicator that the powers to be in our front office were so poor at acquiring depth that Fewell is just throwing whatever crap they gave him at linebacker in the mix.
  8. It's our quarterback. He's been trained by the least confident man in sports, and that's translated into what you're seeing on the field.
  9. Yeah. I get that. You/'re probably right. I don't know why I started this thread, it was just the pinnacle of my frustration.
  10. A 2nd round draft pick from Houston in his third season... I don't know much about him, but I've seen him throw the ball around... something a Bills quarterback has been too afraid to do as of late. I don't know what it'd take to snag him now, probably too much we'd be willing to offer, but I wonder if in the offseason we could've been able to toss him into the trade somehow... I know this is a weird post, and but I'm sorry that I'm frusterated that teams have three quarterbacks I'd rather have than my starting QB.
  11. Finally, a perfect spot for this video:
  12. How do you think it is possible for the coaching staff to prevent injuries?
  13. Steve Johnson was active for the game on sunday.
  14. Really? Since our last president? The President of the United States earns $400,000 a year.
  15. This is a strong candidate for post of the year.
  16. He was a big time player his senior year at Kentucky. Unfortunately for him, that was his only season pretty much. If he had two or three equal seasons to back that one up, he would have been a 2nd or 3rd round pick. He caught a big time game winning touchdown to beat LSU his senior year. I'm not saying that this kid is going to be amazing, but I'm trying to justify for you why there is more than his 10 career catches to back up everyone's excitement about the guy.
  17. Schopp makes sure to remind everyone that he hates message boards...because they're amateurs with nothing better to do.
  18. Wait...does that mean that Thomas Davis is the best linebacker in the NFL?
  19. I love that song.
  20. Good? Explain/prove. Just because the line gets a push and his side gets the rush doesn't mean hes good. He's definitely been adequate. This thread is about his suspect pass coverage, which I believe has been more important to the failure of the defense than the mild success he's had stuffing players that have already been slowed by Stroud and Williams.
  21. You actually like Ed-Hardy designs?
  22. You do know that being in the tops of the league in tackles doesn't mean you're the best, right. It's similar to +/- in hockey. Yeah, you were there when something happened. If they had a QB rating type deal for linebackers, where they equated total tackles, where the tackles occurred, what down they happened on, and how many times you missed a tackle, and how many times your man scored, I'm quite sure that your love affair with Ellison would cease to exist... of course, they don't have that stat, and instead people will continue to think that London Fletcher is one of the best MLB in football.
  23. Can someone tell me why The Replacements is considered good music? I bought "Tim" and absolutely hated it. It sounds like all of their music is identical to the period when the Flaming Lips were making bad music... except we all call the Flaming Lips early stuff bad, and people somehow anointed Westerberg as good. I don't get it. They really do sound like sh*tty Flaming Lips, or all of the non-famous REM songs. It's entirely possible that I don't like it because I was born when this stuff was being made and so I have no attached memories or whatever, but I stand by the claim that strumming 4 chords in poorly rhythmic pattern doesn't make one a creative genius.
  24. I'm curious to see if he responds to that...with his "eternity" nonsense. Clearly you've won that debate.
