  1. So who is OC and DC? Any clues to what schemes (4-3/3-4, Big running style/ spread passing style/ zone blocking/man blocking) we are running? I havent heard of any of these guys.
  2. +1000 He will be lucky to be playing in Canada next season.
  3. http://footballsfuture.com/2010/seniorbowl/monday.html If you guys liked the Andre Smith pics last year, this one may top it. About half way down the page.
  4. http://www.cbssports.com/nfl/draft/players/1244303 http://www.arizonawildcats.com/sports/m-fo...wski_rob00.html http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mbKWSMNLylg...feature=related I remember seeing this kid a couple years ago, a total manchild of an athlete. Great catcher and even better blocker. The Announcers for one Arizona game I saw this year mentioned he could have been a top 10 pikc without the injury - not sure if its true but definately a 1st rounder. Im guessing the injury drops him to the 3rd round at least. Couldnt fined a better youtube vid but he makes a good catch in that one. Reminds me of Jason Witten. I would love him on the Bills.
  5. I think he meant they partied too hard after they won the AFC Championship- as if they had won something. The Colts were like "Yep, we won the AFC, who cares, lets prepare for the SB" The Saints - "OMFG WE WON!!!! Lets go party!" Reggie Bush "I just got hom two hours ago and got no sleep" - He said that on camera on ESPN Monday morning. Colts are going to sh*t stomp the Saints because the Saints have already won their chmapionship, or at least celebrating like they have. I always thought the Bills had the same problem.
  6. Its a no brainer. Beluga is the best pass blocker and by far the best run blocker. He could play LT, but I want him at RT because I think he could be a 10x pro bowler at that position. The Bills need a top 5 OL I wouldnt touch Trent WIlliams until the 6th round. And only to play G.
  7. I wouldnt mind drafting Bradford if he was as good as people think he is. Same with Clausen. Id rather have Tebow or McCoy because they are better than people think they are.
  8. Wrong, worng, and wrong.
  9. At that point I would take Baluga. The only other player I would consider is McClain. That draft has: Spikes falling to the second - which I dont see happening. But if it does, I would trade water it took to get him. Tebow going before our second rd pick - which sucks cause I want him on the Bills Iupiti going before our 2nd round pick - the best G who I want the Bills to land.
  10. We need a lot of help. He is a perfect fit here.
  11. More like: Mayock>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Kiper/McShay
  12. Not really, its more about techinique and grip/hand size. But Rivers throwing motion is still very ugly like Tebows. Brett Farve keeps the ball low too. Tebow will be like Aaron Rogers/Phillip Rivers - sit for a few years, change some things, be very very good. I hope we end up with Tebow, because just like Rivers/Rogers, I think he will be better than the QBs taken before him (Clausen/Bradford vrs A.Smith/E. Manning)
  13. Great article, I have been saying that stuff a lot too. His throwing motion is a little off, but that is teachable and correctable. You cant teach armstrength or intagibles. If he is around in the second and Beluga is gone I cant think of a player I would rather have. At the end of the day he will be a better NFL QB than Clausen and Bradford IMO. I would even trade up for him - or even take him at 9 if Okung/Suh/mCClain are gone. I may take him over McClain too. Kid is a superstar at any level.
  14. Maybin gets smoked by single teams made up of the other teams 2nd or 3rd string TE.
  15. You are wrong. Orakpo had 8 or 9 (I forgot) of his 11 sacks from the DEFENSIVE END POSITION. His 4 sack performance vrs Oakland, 2 were from RDE, one from LDE. Bottom line is they were both scouted by Buffalo, and Buffalo determind Maybin was a better pass rusher. That was 100% wrong. Stop assuming that since Orakpo is listed as a LB on their roster, that He never lined up at DE. That is dumb to assume. That is the same dumb mentality that does not allow fans to admit that Merriman and Suggs play as many snaps at DE as they do at LB. Merriman could easily be a DE in a 4-3 and would be here in Buffalo, as would Suggs, as would Orakpo. The Bills scouting department dropped the ball, yet again.
  16. I dont see why you would do that. I have been doing that for years. "Whitner over NGata? They must know somethign I dont..."Mike Mularky? They must know somethign I dont..."Marv Levy? Isnt he too old??? "Dick Jauron? He sucked in Chigao, maybe it will be different here... " JP who? They must know something I dont... "McCargo, who is he? They must knwo somethign I dont" "MAYBIN! WTF - How can you pass on Orakpo? They better know somethign I dont..."Chan Gailey? He sucked at GT, maybe it will be different here... " Buddy at least worked with the Chargers during a very successful time for their franchise. Considering he came in to help with the draft and our class was a very good one (minus the Maybin blunder) is promising. He is the only one I think that deserves the benifit of the doubt.
  17. Terrible. Hangartner is not starting material (not for a playoff caliber team anyways). Levitre has struggled early on with strength and power and now we are switching him to RT? He would do better at left. The best LT in round two will be an NFL RT. Dont believe the hype, Trent Williams will struggle with pass protection at RT, Davis from Ruters will be better but is not a LT, Bruce Campbell is awkwardly tall and doesnt bend his knees - which is why he sucks at blocking. Okung will be gone before our first pick and Beluga, yet another LT ?, will be long gone before our 2nd round pick. So our line is LT:No LT LG: Wood- who played every game of his rookie season at RG C: Backup quality center RG: Mr. personal foul who may not even be retained RT: A pretty good sophmore LG guard Hello 2011 top ten pick!
  18. Hangartner pretty much sucks and Butler is a ? at RT while he is very good at G. Wood playing center = upgrade, Butler at RG = upgrade. IF both those guys can play this season like they have in the past, then we are still 2 OL guys away, not just one. That takes care of our starting lineup, does not help depth.
  19. Yes I have. He is not very good. He may not get drafted all together. The reason that 95% of this board knows this kids name is because of his fight/suspension, not his running.
  20. Steve Young did very well. Ran a lot in college too. Tebow will be fine because he has all the physical tools and the intangibles. All he needs is some technique. Thats the easiest part to learn
  21. Ding ding ding. Fox reports the truth. Sorry if it hurts.
  22. Levour ran two plans in college: 1) Variations of the screen pass 2) Zone read option And everyone wants him as QB? Dude will be playing in Canada next season if hes lucky.
  23. I couldnt care less about charactor issues as long as they arent suspended for a long time (we didnt miss Lynch for 3 games, but a full year would be tough). But Blout basically sucks. He is slow and heavy footed. Meanwhile I have seen Gerhart rated as low as the 7th best back in this class. Thats just retarded. He is a superstar running back. He will be the next Marion Barber/Frank Gore late round draft choice/stud RB.
  24. If that is true, we may see Kelsay, Schobel, Whitner, Marshawn, Stroud, and even Evans moved. My list was named most likely to least likely. Everyone of them but Kelsay I would imagine to have some kind of trade value.
