  1. Actually met Mr Levy many times. I dont recall however him once stopping the game for one of his 'fits'. But thanks for trying.
  2. You mean the Bills coach is better then the NE coach? Wow, i thought Belichik invented football.
  3. It is a package deal i think. Brady and Belichick. Brady to me is a very weak minded guy, that Belichick is able to manipulate. I am not talking about Brady's talent or ability to win games in pressure situations. But if you watched yesterday, when things aren't going his way, Brady loses it. He always had. Thats why forever coaches and fans of other teams know you have to hit him. An di for one couldn't have been more happy watching Belichick blow up. To me, could be wrong, but it showed he thinks he is bigger then the game. The way he was treating the refs, and on the field. Anyways, Bills won and thats all that matters. Now i really want to beat them in NE at the end of the year. When you know Brady and Belichick will be wanting to beat Buffalo.
  4. Live for now guys. I am chosing to look at the Manningless Colts as one less tough team to beat on the way to the Super Bowl!
  5. Wow, thats great. To see a guy who takes himself so serious dressed like that! Ha
  6. If you have it on DVR, listen to right after Florence says the team thought they could win. Harrison is laughing, and quickly pulls himself back together has cameras come back to the studio. He is and always was a dirt ball. He is the ying to the Classy Tony Dungy yang.
  7. exactly. chan has the pulse of this team and the game itself. how refreshing to watch a coach that understands things and make decisive decisions. May not always work, but he is pushing the right buttons so far. Both on game day and personel. Good for Chan, he is a good guy, getting his last shot(probably) to head coach in the NFL. He was a cast off just like a lot of HIS players. They just need to keep the hunger and focus, and sky is the limit!
  8. Lets enjoy today. All of us in Bills nation. Tomorrow the team starts getting ready for Bengals. If the Bills play and coach as well the rest of the year, no reason this isn't a playoff team, and god only knows what. When you look around the NFL, the Bills just beat the scariest team. God this feels good!!!
  9. I watched a game at the bar right next store a few years back. The Miami away game in 2009. Boring as hell game, and still Mc Faddens was rocking! I can believe it.
  10. Enjoy the win today. Tomorrow focus on Bungals. Dont worry about anything else.
  11. I know the Bills didnt get the fourth down, and i think N.E went back down the other way and scorred? But when Chan went for it on the fourth down, it showed The bills have a coach that understands the game. Chan knew N.E was rolling on O and knew he needed to take a shot. How many times under Jauron on one the other coaches over the last 12+years would have punted it? Chan is setting the mind set.
  12. Yes! But now i have to keep this damn beard for another week!!
  13. Thought it would be a shoot out, like it was, and thought Bellichek(sp)(wait i dont give a sh*t) would out coach Chan. Glad i was wrong. This is a huge win!!!! Shows everyone this is a real team. This team is different then 2008. The Bills beat best team in the league today!! So i guess that makes Buffalo the best team, for ths week! Now lets go beat the Bungals and keep this thing rolling!!!!
  14. He was a mess while in Atlanta. I think Brett would even admitt the best thing that ever happened to him was being traded to GB. His career would never have been what it was w.o that move. Holmgren mentored him into the player he was, maybe like Chan is doing with Fitz?
  15. You are spot on with all your points. A person can get addicted to anything not just drugs-food, gambling, working out....etc. It usually is the direct result of an underlying issue/problem (which you pointed out). Some people understand that and others dont. I know i did not till i saw it first hand.
  16. In my original response i said 3 years at 5 mil a season. front load it. And the fact he signed it while Marshawns back up is irrelevant really. He wouldn't have gotten a better deal anywhere else. Lets also remember it was the Bills who found Freddy and gave him his shot...i mean if we are being Fair.
  17. Beat the Pats. I know in this scenerio that means they loose the next two. But the younger guys will start to believe even more in what Chan is selling. This team is showing signs of understanding what it takes to win a game in the NFL. That is a stark contrast to the last 11 years.
  18. Good teams are deep, well coached teams. The Pats have been able to plug guys in and not miss a beat over the past 10 years.Hell even the year Brady went out they won 11 games. Lets see if the Bills can do the same with the WR position?
  19. I get what you are saying. And maybe the Bills will do that...i doubt it, and so do you(i bet). Those other guys you listed, to the best of my knowledge, havent said a word. All i said was wait till the end of the season. If Freddy is amoung the best in the league then, pay him a reasonable 3 year deal, front loaded of course. What happens if you give Freddy some huge contract now? And in 2 years he cant play. And you have some of these other young guys that are on the team now comming up for contract? It is a business. They get paid very well to play a game. Freddy is still making 1.75m this year. Come on, not sure what you do for a living, but how many years would you have to work to make that? I dont begrudge him or anyone for wanting to get paid. All for it, But i also have to see the Bills point of view.
  20. How is it bulletin board material. All he is saying is the Pats are going to remember they played the Bills. Williams is by no means a " sh*t talker". People in the league respect him. They know he brings it everytime he is on the field. And it sounds to me like at leats one guy in the Bills doesnt care they have a little Patriot on the helmet!
  21. I am sorry, but you dont pay players as a way of saying 'thank you' for what you have done. 2 games into the season, great. The Bills will wait to see what his numbers are like at the end of the season. If Fred is in the top 5-10 rushers, he gets a new deal. Most likely for 3 years. But as another poster said at 30 with 2 years on a contract, he does not have a lot of leverage. And i get he hasn't been in the NFL all those years. Not to many guys run faster the older they get, regardless if they have 300lb+ guys landing on their legs and back every week for 16+ weeks. I want Fred to run like he has the last two games for the next 100, but the likely hood of that is slim to none. and slim left town last week.
  22. I understand him being upset. But he should understand the Bills stance. They are wanting to see him keep producing the rest of the year. i am sure he will get a nice offer from them. Fred is also over 30 years old, that is old for RB. Not saying he wont get paid, but he will have to be reasonable. Dont think he is getting a huge contract from anyone. Maybe 4-5mil a year for 3 years. History shows that RBs production drops off fast somewhere over 30. it is crazy, but go look at Thurmans drop off at age 31.
  23. I did the same. cant do the ZZ top because of work. But going to leave it for now. Go Bills!!
