  1. Past hour
  2. We should be so lucky…
  3. Meyers does nothing to alleviate the Bills offense passing game root problem. We would have to release a WR- Shakir or Palmer- no way. Samuel is a much more useful player(when healthy). Bills FO is continuing trying to prove that Keon is a quality outside WR. Moore is faster than Meyers. Shavers blocks more. Meyers would cost a draft pick, for a half season rental. The Bills don’t need to add more mediocrity to the WR room
  4. The thing the Raiders have to weigh is how likely they are to get that Comp Pick. They'd have to make a point to add less than they lose for them to actually get it. And with them having 114m in Cap Space and the roster being in the shape it is - that Comp Pick is far from a given. I feel like people being down on the idea of Meyers is rooted in wanting more than that. But every report reads the same way these days. Jakobi Meyers and Rashid Shaheed seem to be the only WR's that are known to be truly available. If the option is something like Meyers or nothing (and it's very likely that's the case) - would you prefer not adding anything at all and rolling with the same guys?
  5. Just stop I did not say Josh Allen has more deep ball completions combined then the rest of the league I said Josh Allen has more Deep ball completions combined than any quarterback in the NFL the last multiple years Meaning more than Patrick mahomes all his deep balls combined More than Jackson and his deep balls combined More than burrow and his deep balls
  6. I agree our WR corps is not SB quality. Neither are most of our defenders. Then again, Trent Dilfer was not a SB-quality QB, and yet he won a SB. Anything can happen in the NFL and I'm still hanging on to hope while not expecting much.
  7. Strangest injury I’ve personally witnessed was a kid on the opposing team to my little league baseball team. We were in the All-Star game and in what appeared to be an attempt to show off, dove at line drive redirected the ball off his head and got a concussion and a mean goose egg. Mind you, it was a ball hit straight to him. Another story I have is of an almost dire injury. Fred Jackson lived across from house while he played here and his wife divulged at the block party that he almost missed a game due to cut caused by trying to jam down trash in a bag and a can cutting his palm bad. It was prior to one of those snowed in games we had with him; so we were all snowed in. So Fred called the Bills, told them what happened and that he couldn’t escape his house by car/truck and the snow was still falling at a good pace meaning plows weren’t coming anytime soon. So the Bills got inventive apparently, scrounged up two larger snowmobiles that could fit 2 people on them and proceeded to pick up Fred, and take him to an open Urgent Care or something like that for a Tetnis shot and stitches. That Saturday to reach the airport, the Bills actually sent out snowmobiles to multiple houses to pick up players that were snowed in. I actually remember seeing the tracks and hearing them leave.
  8. I now feel dumber. Combined means you take all the passes completed “combined” and put them up against Allen. it doesn’t mean whatever you are trying to say now
  9. It really is a "prove it" game for Coleman. He wants to succeed, the team wants him to succeed. If he doesn't perform tomorrow, the fat lady is warming up.
  10. Yes the last three seasons this would be the fourth Josh has had the most deep ball completions COMBINED Not more than the entire NFL combined.. quarterback for quarterback 3-year stretch Josh has more deep ball completions He has more combined than Patrick mahomes He has more combined than Joe burrow He has more combined than Lamar Jackson He has more combined than Herbert Misconstrue that
  11. Jakobi Meyers’s name has been floating around for a while, but that’s another spot where the Raiders lack depth. There haven’t been many calls on him, either. With his deal up, he could bring more in a 2027 comp pick than a ’25 trade. teams are desperate for WR and there haven’t been many calls on Meyers. Stay away
  12. I keep seeing that phrase "zero chance," which obviously can't mean what it says. So what does it mean? That you think it's unlikely? Why not say that then? "It is REALLY unlikely he's traded." Not as dramatic? It's like my daughter saying, "I literally flew across the room." Oh, really? Maybe I should just have another Bourbon and shut up...
  13. Bills 27-23 Game goes under the total Buffalo wings 1 KC BBQ 0
  14. No you're just hating on the bills on the threads That proved it I said exactly what I said Josh Allen does have the most deep completions in the NFL since 2022 out of any NFL quarterback If you combined all of mahomes deep ball completions for those 3 years less than Allen If you combined all of burrows deep ball completions for 3 years less than Allen If you combined all of Herbert's deep ball throws for 3 years less than Allen That's not AI that is statistical tracking.. you're wrong You can nitpick my grammar all you want cuz that's the only thing you got but Josh Allen does have the most deep ball completions in the NFL since 2022
  15. I think we win and will bet on it. The Bills should not be home underdogs to anyone.
  16. Considering how banged up our D is, I think McD is going to want the offense to eat up some TOP as per usual. So I expect to see a lot of Cook against the Chiefs' average run D. I also expect Brady to dial up an underneath pass game relying heavily on Kincaid and, especially, Shakir. With Palmer out, I don't expect Brady to suddenly figure out how to scheme a downfield passing attack and am, sadly, not expecting much from our wideouts. I wouldn't be surprised to see Josh run more this game - as in RPOs as well as scrambles. I don't really expect a big game from anyone on defense though I hope I'm wrong. Bosa with multiple sacks, maybe, hopefully?
  17. The Chiefs already cheating by giving themselves extra rest due to day light savings time
  18. nah that dude is wrong. The handouts don’t “train” anyone anything. Thats a people thing. They train each other. People need to take some personal responsibility
  19. https://www.pff.com/news/nfl-ranking-best-deep-passers-pff-grades-epa-per-play "The other familiar name is Josh Allen, who owns the fifth-best deep PFF passing grade since 2022 due to his incredible arm and playmaking ability. The reason he isn’t at the very top is that, despite leading the NFL in deep completions and big-time throws in this timeframe, " Has completed the most deep balls since 2022... Combine 2022-2023 2024 not one single quarterback has thrown more deep ball completions then Josh Allen All of mahomes Deep balls completed combined not as much All of Lamar Jackson's deep balls completed combined not as much All of Herbert's deep balls completed combined over that same 3-year stretch not as much Really cuz look at my post under yours I got receipts I don't make up statistics on this website I prove them
  20. Yeah, and they are mostly obese... I'm sure another 10,000,000 illegals will help the cause... And God forbid we attempt to bring any industry back... You're brain dead...
  21. Why do I feel like we always come lit terribly after the time change each year
  22. This will be the second of three potential Phidarian Mathis call up's before the Playoffs. He was called up for the Patriots game before this. Not to say he hasn't shown anything in practice. I wouldn't know. But this is less about him earning it and more about him being the only real option. Jones isn't going to play. All we have on the active roster at DT is Deone Walker, Larry Ogunjobi, and Jordan Phillips. So we needed a body. We've exhausted all 3 of Zion Logue's call up's before the Playoffs, so he wasn't an option. It was either Mathis or a 7th Round Rookie we just signed on Tuesday and has only practiced 3 times with the team in Tommy Akingbesote.
