  2. Blue on blue crime. So sad!!😁 Thread title should replace Nazi with assh*le.
  3. Rest of NFL Steelers miss playoffs and finish under .500 Lions do NOT win the NFC North Raiders have a winning record Miami finishes 4th in AFC East Bills Jimbo Cook has 2000 all-purpose yards Joey Bosa has 10+ sacks Bills finish with best regular season record in team history Tre White gets Pro Bowl invite
  4. Update: Just a strained knee, will miss 1-2 days: https://www.audacy.com/wben/local-sports/bills/bills-first-round-pick-max-hairston-leaves-field-with-leg-injury
  5. I hope you're right...but sometimes people like to remind themselves of their blessings when facing adversity. But he is smiling...so hopefully it is because of good news. But you might have to wait a bit to hear from McD as there's no practice today.
  6. That wasn't really injuries though. Humphries was hurt but Morris and Suamataia just sucked. They had bad injuries at receiver last year though. Rashee Rice missed all but the first 3 games and Hollywood Brown only came back right at the end of the year. And they were beat up a bit at corner as well in the middle of the year.
  7. It's time to show your hand folks! As ever 4 from the Bills and 4 from the rest of the NFL. And try to make them at least somewhat BOLD. Last year we had a ton of "X team will win the division" and unless you are predicting a multiple (i.e. forecasting multiple division winners) OR you are projecting like a worst to first scenario I'm not going to accept a division winner prediction as bold. As ever, I'll do a bit of a review on who did the best after the season. Here's mine: Rest of NFL - The Atlanta Falcons to lead the league in sacks; - The Kansas City Chiefs to lead the league in offense and Patrick Mahomes to throw at least 40 touchdown passes; - The San Francisco 49ers to miss the playoffs again and at least one of Kyle Shanahan or John Lynch to be fired; - The Indianapolis Colts to end up the #1 overall pick leading to an interesting draft declaration decision for a certain Mr Manning...... 👀 Bills - Spencer Brown to be voted as at least a second team all-pro; - Josh Allen to complete over 70% of his passes in the regular season for the first time in his career; - Matt Milano to beat his previous career high of 3.5 sacks in a season; - The Bills to earn the #1 seed and host the AFC Championship game at home. Flame away and add your own!
  8. It must be embarrassing to be outed as a liar. Why else would you make this post? Sick and sad. At least now everyone else can be embarrassed for you.
  9. After the Colorado attack your words of comfort were: Nice work. You’ve certainly got the high ground!
  10. As horrible as this is to consider, this IS exactly how the OJ story played out for so many of us. The awful turn of events turned all of my greatest childhood sports memories upside down and turned them all dark and twisty. OJ was the ultimate good guy in our eyes. It took a few years for me to get it all in perspective when his demons came to light. I remember cheering when he was acquitted. I look back now and cringe at that. The fact does remain that OJ, as a football player in Buffalo brought incredible joy to our community in the 1970's. That is factual. If you lived it, it was unforgettable. It was special. The events of the 90's also happened and were horrific and tragic. Both are true. Life doesn't always fit into our neat little boxes as we want it to.
  11. New poll… congrats on this one. You’ve really upped your game.
  12. I don’t have a lot of memories as he was in the tail end of his career when I was a pre-teen. I do remember my older brother and dad going nuts when OJ broke the 2000 yard mark. I was 5, and didn’t know why they were so excited, but it was a big day. Even my mom pulled my Dad up to dance in jubilation. She loved doing silly stuff, and my Dad never dances so was funny watch him try. I do remember when he went to the 49ers and his knees were shot. He was a shell of himself, but he was a thing of beauty to watch from my earliest football memories. I know he turned into a parody with Police Squad, then demonstrated what despicable character that should have put him in prison. The football memories were great. I even remember he played a bit role in the Towering Inferno. I think he was one of the hotel security guards.
  13. That’s perfect for me. I will.
  14. Dad & I recently ‘did lunch’ at 716 in Lakeland. Hope you’ve heard of it. Owners are from WNY and they serve wings, Beef on Weck and a number of Buffalo condiments while displaying an exceptional array of Buffalo sports pictures and memorabilia. Check it out! -and yes, Let’s do lunch!

  18. I can’t imagine a guy would write “beyond blessed; thank you god” if he had a season ending injury. But that’s just me. Expecting to hear some good news from McD this morning before practice.
