  1. Past hour
  2. Liberal, typically unmarried, women largely support transgender men playing women’s sports. They also demand unfettered immigration and a more “compassionate” justice system. We can’t be more pro-women than them if the only women’s protection they care about is abortion up to birth.
  3. We’ve been through this before with Beane and he put it together. $50 M plus a likely increase in the salary cap, plus 7 picks plus UDFAs. The trend is to sign backups to 1 year deals in order to have flexibility but the trade off is higher number of FAs each off season. I believe Beane has a good handle on it and it’ll work out. I’m certainly not worried of losing Hamlin, Poyer and Franklin. What’s the plan with Oline? McGovern is likely gone. Can SVPG be the starter? Do they extend Torrence? Do they re-sign Edwards or do they go with Anderson or Grable at LG? They’ll probably try to bring Gilliam and Lewis back. Bosa and Epenesa are going to cost some cash.
  4. Familiar faces, no surprise. Beanes mom taught him not to speak to strangers
  5. I think they offer Knox the chance to stay with a straight up paycut. As you said, he won't find a huge amount on the open market. If he refuses, yeah I see a cut. I do think he's valuable in real world football. He does do a lot of good things. But with Hawes and with Kincaid becoming a stronger blocker, I'm not sure his skillset is really unique enough to be of value
  6. I'm legit scared for my kids futures. Stuff like this is messed up.
  7. God. Imagine being fleeced by the Jets.
  8. The pressure is still on for sure.
  9. Agreed. Something like that only goes so far. It feels like Tre White in 2023 all over again. Wherein people can't imagine someone so loved being let go. But business is business. Cutting Dawson Knox would save us just about 10 million on the cap. At a time when we're going to need every dollar and cent we can get (much like 2023). A 29 year old Knox would be lucky to get much more than a third of that on the open market. I don't really see a restructure that would make sense for us. Again, much like White in 2023.
  10. hahahahhahaa A complete victory over insane xenophobic MAGA nonsense. I can’t wait for the seething meltdowns. They will be delicious
  11. Wonder if Poyer will go into coaching? or broadcasting?
  12. Maybe stop running policies that are actively anti-woman
  13. Pass rush was our biggest hole he addressed it well. Sucks Hoecht and Oliver are hurt now. He even hit on Walker in the 4th. Bosa is working out. We need to get faster at skill positions now. I’m sure we will. But it’s going to take another offseason. Coleman sucks. That’s holding us back. That’s on Bean. Guy isn’t perfect but we’ve got a lot better on defense pretty quickly. Injuries obviously ridiculous this year.
  14. Trump lost the gains he made in NJ and they took it out in Ciatarelli. If he continues with his tariff nonsense, he can expect the same to other Republicans in the midterms.
  15. It's a trade. Once we step From the excitement of it all, trades hardly ever move the needle for a team.
  16. Men currently at 53% for R’s Women currently at 61% for D’s Including a psychopath who fantasized about children dying in their mothers arms Im not saying women are wrong for voting Dem. I disagree with them, but it is what it is. The fact women in Virginia supported Jay Jones over Jason Miyares says something pretty dark about the single, SSRI dependent population.
  17. If you guys say so but I don’t see it. He hasn’t played well in the little he’s been asked to do so asking him to do more makes no sense anyway. But hey, him and Coleman both had a good camp and that’s enough for Beane so I guess we are stuck with them.
  18. Indy has Daniel Jones at QB, and Ya'll worried about them? LOL
  19. If the Jets don’t draft a bunch of busts, as they have done, and get a QB, as they have not done, then maybe with the right coaching they’ll be good in 3 or 4 years. Good job Jets.
  20. The Josh's friend trope is severely overplayed. Business is business.
  21. The Spector thing is a head scratcher. But it just goes to show (possibly) that knowing the system goes father with Beane and McD than anything. Spector may never be available and when he is he may never execute but hey he knows the system.
  22. Agree. We can get to 50. Just tinkering on Over the Cap and I got to around 67M. Of course, Beane won't pull all the levera that I did, nor should he. I was somewhat surprised that someone like RVD wasn't moved as his contract is up and I don't think he's in the long term plans. Takes two to trade, but it wouldn't have shocked me. I wouldn't be shocked if they use next year to shed some of the bad contracts as well
  23. Well we’ve got to start the revolution somewhere
  24. Shaheed will likely thrive in Seattle's offense because of Smith-Njigba and knowing the offensive coordinator. Here, you are likely right. Brady wouldn't use him to his potential.
  25. Elija Moore is on the team lol
