  1. Past hour
  2. In Spectors defence, he did show up on special teams last week and covered his lanes
  3. well part of that not just looking for a better qb but if you can get even average play while saving 60M suddenly you can surround the same tier player with 2-3 all pros. we never fully embraced that roster construction with rookie contract Josh but the proverbial is a purgatory team with a 10-15 qb better downgrading the roster to keep him or taking a guy like dart, nix etc…. Who is a second shelf prospect and really stocking the cupboard.
  4. Joey Brrr Yeah - I was looking for the half thumbs-up, half vomit emoji 😛
  5. The moment you understand your thoughts aren't objective
  6. I don’t know if this means anything (probably not) but I’ve noticed on Kalshi that the odds to Buffalo have risen. Earlier today /late last night it had the bills at 69 to 70 percent. It’s at 72 now also the patriots game was 57-43 pats. It’s now even. FWIW
  7. Agreed. Cam is a reasonable tackler, and he does well keeping plays in front of him. But he’s not quick or fast enough to be anything more than aback up DB.
  8. At what point will you figure out that I simply do not give a shlt about pretend math? Good grief....
  9. Bills Parcells said it best "You are what your record says you are"
  10. People already forgot about that Houston game and the unnecessary td right before the half. Take those points out and bills are sailing
  11. Yards are math, points are math, sacks are math, tackles for a loss are math, hits are math, wins are math. All of which can be applied objectively against his peers. What goes on in your head can't be applied that way. If he's so good, the traces of that performance would carry over relative to his peers in the "math". He's performing like a 10-15 million dollar player. It's not anymore complicated than that.
  12. It was nice to see him have a 'big' game, but the Steelers couldn't stop a toddler on a tricycle last week. Can Ray make the same impact against a better run defense? History suggests not really, but it sure would be great if what we saw in Pittsburgh was a sign of things to come. His college reel would indicate the potential is there.
  13. This will seem insensitive to some, but it's my opinion that the majority of people shouldn't have to forfeit things like availability of peanut doughnuts because of a group of others who have allergies. The burden of avoiding known allergens should be on them. The seller or shop should be able to exonerate themselves of any liability by posting a visible notice that the following substances and food items may be present. Did stadiums stop selling peanuts in the shell or even Crackerjacks? I honestly have no idea. Can I be sued if I bring a bag of peanuts into Highmark and some nearby attendee goes apoplectic? I feel sorry for people who are triggered by nuts, shellfish, or whatever, but I believe those of us who don't suffer should have rights as well. So, how do the peanut doughnut sellers in WNY avoid litigation that's such a concern through the country?
  14. Let's not get carried away now......maybe 2D chess at best, AT BEST Someone here doesn't like Lewis.......its OK. You do what you gotta do. Personally I have low expectations for this game.....makes the day go by much better. I don't focus on one individual when there are 10 others out there with him.....
  15. Good luck tonight, that's a real tall order! I'm looking forward to seeing what Bryant Haines has cooked up on D. I've been impressed with his coaching.
  16. U say that now but in the WC game when he goes down due to XYZ too many hits to XYZ - yer gonna be thinking differently.....need Brady to step up and design some better plays......Pit was easy for him....same basic play after play after play. Sure as hell hope they win with that.....what happens when we go to Foxboro????? Still shaking my head over that Fins game......ugh!
  17. Just adding a little to your case... A usual response is, "Yeah, well all teams have injuries, it's the NFL." So, I looked to see if the Bills indeed have been hit harder than many other teams. The following article (from three days ago, so current) tries to figure out which NFL team has been hit hardest this season by injury. They do not just look at number of players on IR and total games missed, etc. They try to weigh in the actual value of the player to the team by a metric they call "Total Points Value." I can't say I looked too deeply into their metric, but they are at least trying to determine the value of a player (so, a second or third string guy that didn't see the field much would have 0 value in their metric), rather than just total number of team injuries. According to their metric, they have the Bills as the 6th hardest hit team in value player injuries. But the Bills actually have the 3rd most missed games by valued players. The reason for the disparity is they weigh losing say a QB like Burrow as more significant than say a WR or another position. Also interesting to note is how they close the article, "The Patriots and Rams are the most fortunate teams so far in terms of health, which sheds a little light on their strong showings this year. The five teams with the fewest Total Points missed due to injury are currently a combined 41-20, compared to 24-37 from the top 5 teams (most Total Points missed due to injury)." https://www.sportsinfosolutions.com/2025/12/03/which-nfl-teams-have-been-most-and-least-affected-by-injuries-in-2025/
  18. I think this might be Spector's 3rd call up if not mistaken. Amazingly he has not pulled a hammy yet...
  19. Thank you for more math and less football. There's nothing sneaky about him being good if you're actually watching him play instead of cherry-picking numbers to advance a narrative you've decided to dedicate yourself to.
  20. Excited to see what Fox brings to the table. Spector, not so much.
  21. Well I don’t see Josh’s name, Cam
  22. The OL coach works with the OC I’d rather have Kromer as OL coach. For whatever reason he hasn’t been offered an OC position in over 10 years. I think he’s in the right spot and is one of the best.
  23. I don’t think it is that interesting. If you have a guy who is in the top 10 conversation year after year, you pay him. You don’t dump them shooting for a perennial top 3 guy. Those guys are usually Hall of Famers. How many HoF or HoF trajectory QBs have been drafted since Aaron Rodgers in 2005? Wilson, Mahomes, Allen, Lamar is the entirety of the list. Maybe one more that we don’t know yet, but Wilson wasn’t more than a top 10 guy for a lot of his career. So hoping you can find 1 of 4 give or take QBs over 20 years is not a good strategy.
  24. Good point and it would be great if he was able to help!
  25. You see the chart I posted over the whole season, relative to his pears. Sacks, TFLs, QB Hits. Underperforming on a per game basis relative to everybody in his pay range. It's not unreasonable to use objective tools in context over large samples vs your subjective view on how sneaky good he is.
