We were hearing the same crap about Tua when the Dolphins almost had the division a couple years ago. Who was playing at a high level i will admit, but the media had the same BS hot takes they do now about the Pats.

You need to be dominant for 4 years before you ever get into any true territory of being the best at your position I've seen this way too often at every position Odell Beckham's first 3 years were better than Jerry Rice's and everybody was anointing him Guess what he's not even a Hall of Fame player... There's way too many circumstances to anoint players after one or two good years Blake bortles has a season with 4000 passing yards and 35 touchdowns something Drake May will not have and he's a footnote

He’s a good player, but there are way too many questions. In the NFL i need to see multiple stretches of seasons before i crown anyone. Now if he goes out and dominates the rest of the year en route to a SB then we can start having this discussion, but even then i still wouldn’t be sold.

Yes, they are starter LBs. Their run defense has declined since Milton Williams been hurt.

Our injured defense has cost us plenty of times And it's not a excuse when you have seven fresh injuries from 6 days before going into Arrowhead lol We're not talking injuries from 9 weeks ago which NFL professionals adjust to We're talking we had seven fresh injuries and we played on a short week .. and lost by three to the AFC champions who had zero defensive starters on the injury report 2 years ago we were so injured we were trotting out AJ Klein at middle linebacker versus the Chiefs where again we lost by three lol Playing replacement level players in a game of inches in a winner-take-all game is truly the difference because we lost by three We did not lose by two touchdowns FYI the Rams are not A step above the rest of the NFL lol that's a team where I can absolutely see the bills winning because they're not going to be able to stop Josh Allen and McDermott is terrific with two weeks to prepare

Feels like the 90s

Right now, Drake Maye is a guy who has had some spectacular throws and seems to have a good long ball. That lumps him in with dozens of QB's from the past decade or 2. He has not yet led even one 4th quarter comeback, and has led only one game-winning drive. So many QB's have the skills. The guys w/ the mental toughness really shorten the list. He hasn't proven anything yet in that area.

Because when the lights shine the brightest and the competition is the best, no one has shown the ability step up and own the moment. Gabe being the exception, but the coaching staff pissed that one away.

@Joe Marino made a good point on his show. It’s better if Buffalo were to lose the division on their terms. Beating New England and then New England goes on to win out the rest of their schedule along w/ the AFCE is fine. But losing the division is one single game is going to be emotionally rough for players & fans.

Our 2 most memorable comebacks this season: Ravens and Bengals Oliver was the hero of Ravens game, forcing a fumble that allowed Bills to essentially go from being in comeback mode to controlling our destiny. Ends up in a walking boot from an injury in practice. Then Benford. Same story more or less. Same outcome. silver lining: apparently the boot isn’t as big as Oliver’s was.. or something. Either way… it’s the Bills, and Billsy things will always happen, I’m afraid.

It was the same thing when Herbert came out He was always compared to Josh because of his size and athleticism... Drake May has been getting this comparison since high school And he is very talented and there are shades of Josh in Drake.. but history doesn't bring clones of people that fast There's only one Josh Allen.. and Drake is not surpassing him anytime soon despite his natural talent

I agree with you. We have seen better Bills teams. But I don't think we have seen the AFC this weak in years. I don't look at one team and say "Wow, look at how awesome they are!!!" Now if we got to the SB and faced a fully healthy Rams team? We would probably be 5-6 point underdogs. They are a step above the rest of the league. We would probably need to score 40 points against them. Well he isn't wrong. The defense has cost this team plenty in the postseason. Beane really has not done good enough in the draft or free agency. There are plenty of opponent message boards I look at, analysts, and fans who think Allen is being wasted. Allen is not going to go SuperMan mode in four straight games against good to elite defenses. At some point, this defense needs to step up and have a game of their lives.

Went to Munich this past June for work and took my 20 year old daughter since she’s never been overseas. We both thought Munich was great and she figured out the train stuff on her own. Very safe and walkable…cool old city vibe with a lot of modern mixed in. I’d definitely go to a Bills game over there ahead of London.
