Use Kincaid more - play him all over the field - X receiver, big slot, FB - make him into a true difference maker.

All have to go. I would add another full year to Josh's contract and push as much to the last year as possible. To be honest I look to move Dawkins, (yeah yeah I can here the wailing and gnashing of teeth now...) but we have seen he doesn't play through blocks anymore, and he is getting up there in age. That said, I dump every single penny of possible cap this offseason and get a new GM who can actually evaluate talent in the first 2 rounds worth and damn and tell him go get it.
