Trump’s glorious Golden Age of America is here

https://www.dailymail.co.uk/yourmoney/consumer/article-14669237/historic-retailer-hudsons-bay-closing-sale.html Despite the tariff troubles, Hudson's Bay had already been in trouble with finances before Trump was re-elected. Hudson's Bay Company's sales dropped to $1.1 billion from $1.65 billion in yearly revenue last year. It also suffered a massive drop in e-commerce sales, dipping to $142 million compared to its $300 million earnings from 2023. All of this and more were factors in why the company filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in March. 'The central problem is one of experience. Across most of its stores, Hudson's Bay has provided the shopper with a sub-par experience and this has created a situation in which traffic and spend has declined,' Neil Saunders, the managing director of GlobalData's retail division, said. 'The chain has basically become far less relevant to Canadian shoppers and even its heritage and iconic status have not been enough to offset this.' -

What is your favorite totally random Bills game?

Bills hosting Jets in the Rockpile 12/8/63. Field was a mosh pit, mud and standing water on the field. Cookie runs for pro football record 243 yards on 36! carries and FIVE TD's. Bills win 45-14 and Jets consolation prize is Joe Willie Namath. -
At least he's being honest. Unlike, say, you - the biggest liar by far on this forum.

I don't think Van Miller, or any play by play voice was part of the round table. I think they were saving their voice for actual game calling. I think Murphy participated, but only when he was colour commentary for Miller. Carucci participated both as a [BN] sportswriter, and for the period when he went to NFL.com. Jerry Sullivan might have participated for a season, I cannot recall clearly. Howard Simon I think I remember at least on a few broadcasts. There was the ability and practice to rotate notable sportswriters and broadcast personalities through the discussions. I think a writer for the Rochester D&C also participated. It was probably the best informed hour of Bills sports talk around. And no pesky callers! 😁 -

Be interesting what the addition of Hairston does to the defense. 4.28 are some serious wheels, wonder if him being there will inspire others to take their speed training seriously. -

Darrick Forrest looks like he might be something: fast (4.41), big enough at 5'11 200 Ibs, good experience. As I recall, he was injured then was the odd man out with the new coaching staff in Washington. Four interceptions in 2022. The only advantage Hamlin seems to have over him is familiarity with the Bills system. Did Bishop play any strong safety last year? He seems better suited close to the line of scrimmage. I'm hoping the eventual lineup will be Bishop and Hancock at strong- and free safety, respectively. Rapp's ok and Hamlin is adequate, but you want to do better than ok and adequate.

Pretty sure I said I don’t care for that. All this lecturing on deep thought yet can’t even read my second paragraph.
