  2. ROUND ‘EM UP. TREAT THEM AS HARSHLY AS IF THEY WERE GRANDMAS WHO PRAYED OUTSIDE AN ABORTION CLINIC. And . . . cut off their government funding? Uh, yeah.
  3. Wrong. It's not even close to being "all." And the majority of legal latinos support this.
  4. ELECTION FRAUD IN GEORGIA: The Thing That Never Happens Has Somehow Happened Once Again. All the experts have assured us that election fraud is impossible. No election is ever “rigged” or “stolen” in America, and anyone who says otherwise is emphatically denounced as a crypto-fascist threat to Democracy. Meanwhile, in south Georgia . . . The mayor of a small southwest Georgia city and two former election officials are now free on bond after being indicted on multiple counts of election interference and conspiring to shut down a special election in November. https://thefederalist.com/2025/06/03/georgia-mayor-indicted-after-shutting-down-special-election/ https://theothermccain.com/2025/06/08/the-thing-that-never-happens-has-somehow-happened-once-again/
  5. Defense against enemies foreign and domestic.
  6. Been quite some time since I went down the Willie Nile rabbit hole .. Also for the cover song thread. He did an entire album of Dylan covers a few years ago.
  7. I have the right to attack your posters because you don't think the way I want you to -- Liberal Man defaces pro-life exhibit at UCLA An individual at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) recently vandalized a pro-life advocacy group’s tabling display. According to Live Action, this incident marks the second time the same man has destroyed a pro-life exhibit on campus. The university’s Live Action chapter invited another pro-life group, Justice For All, which recorded the individual spray painting over its signs on UCLA’s campus on May 20; the organization subsequently posted the video to Instagram. https://www.campusreform.org/article/man-defaces-pro-life-exhibit-ucla/28023
  8. Trump is following the authoritarian playbook very well. He's successfully created an "enemy" in all people of Hispanic or Latin American origin. He's pushed them with his ICE gestapo to fight back. It works because old people and rurals are terrified of change. They fear anything different. Now, he's got a route to start crushing protests with the military. This will lead to more protests, which Trump can then use more troops on. Eventually, he's going to have a route to use the Insurrection Act and really crack down. How funny that the party of "small government" cheers it on! It will be rough. But liberalism will win. It always does.
  9. 4 old guys from attending many during the Glory Years, wishing to go one more time during the Stadium’s final year. Prefer between the 30s. Message me here with price, so we can decide. Thanks.
  10. Are you sure it’s Joe Cribbs?? Maybe you meant Joe Delaney??
  11. Great analysis. We have a top 2 QB in the league. An all timer. And we are going to to pay our RB top 5 money? That makes no sense. We should be all in w the passing game. Otherwise, why pay Josh $300+ million? if the offense is going to be run centric, then we certainly have the wrong coaching staff running things. And speaking of which, I think Joe Brady still has a lot to prove in his play calling, scheme etc. Our short yardage play calls against KC in the Championship were absolutely terrible. 👎👎
  12. SBA Moving Regional Office Out of L.A. Over City’s Refusal to Work with ICE: ‘If a City Won’t Protect It’s People, We Won’t Stay’ by Elizabeth Weibel Small Business Administration (SBA) Administrator Kelly Loeffler revealed that the SBA would be moving its Regional Office out of Los Angeles after Mayor Karen Bass refused to cooperate with the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency. In a post on X, Loeffler responded to a post in which Bass said she was “deeply angered” after hearing “reports of federal immigration enforcement actions” being taken in the city. In Bass’s statement, she said her office was in “close coordination with immigrant rights community organizations” and would “not stand for this.” “Los Angeles is openly refusing to cooperate with ICE – siding with illegal aliens over American citizens and small businesses,”
  13. ICE sweeps through LA businesses as local Democrats cry foul over Trump administration's enforcement actions by Greg Wehner & Landon Mion U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) carried out operations at businesses across Los Angeles on Friday, sparking protests and clashes outside at least one location, which resulted in authorities throwing flash bangs in an effort to disperse the crowd. The Associated Press reported that immigration advocates confirmed nearly 45 people were arrested across seven locations. The locations included two Home Depot stores, a store in the fashion district and a doughnut shop, according to Angelica Salas, the executive director of the Coalition of Humane Immigrant Rights (CHIRLA), who spoke at an afternoon news conference to denounce the actions. David Huerta, the president of SEIU California, a major labor union, was arrested https://www.foxnews.com/us/ice-sweeps-through-la-businesses-local-democrats-cry-foul-over-trump-administrations-enforcement-actions .
  14. Peacocks drive a lot of people up the wall. Many counties now prohibit ownership of them because of how noisy they are.
  15. I think the Steelers are making a deal with the devil with this. I think they're better off taking their lumps this year and get your guy next year. I used to like Rodgers, but he has become such an intolerable DB, I can't stand him now. Enjoy your Hemlock, Pittsburgh
  16. He deported him in the first place and now you fall over yourself to say he "facilitated" the return. SCOTUS made him do it.
  17. A dangerous clown though.
  18. Eric Moulds. He was big, fast, had great hands. Ran crisp routes. Had a long career - on a bunch of really bad teams.
  19. How adorable that the side of small government now supports using the military against its own people. That ship has long sailed. You are what Reagan feared.
  20. The poor like the hardworking husband and father you want to be neighbors with, right? Your first sentence above is why no one could ever take you seriously.
  21. That's what happens when you get old. 😆
  22. Great call. Willie emerged in the early 80s to much critical acclaim complete with Dylan comparisons and a support act for The Who. Then he mostly disappeared for the better part of twenty years. His 1999 return album Beautiful Wreck Of The World is great. Since then he's been very prolific, still putting out new music as recently as 2021 in his 70s. Buffalo references: Tribute to Jeff Buckley:
  23. I was about 10 also..and yes it was really upsetting.. he was out of Penn State and was glad they signed him.. those years of competition for signing draft picks were interesting to say the least..
