Am I the only one who doesn't have a problem with Fisher

I am fine with it as well. He probably did the Bills a favor by reminding them to be aware of plays like that at any time.

We can assume that Mr. April ran or will run that video over a few times & make sure that players understand their assignments. Great teaching tool and at no cost to the team.

it was a hell of a fake by the punter by hiding the ball. The special teams guys usually only get a few snaps a game and are gonna be flying, and here they were too aggressive and no one had contain on the outside. BUT its preseason, really dont need to get fired up about mistakes

It is up to the Bills to stop it. Personallly I am glad it happened in preseason because Bobby April will use it to light up his guys. His ST unit should be ashamed that they failed to cover their assignments.

The only thing I am not sure about is what is the rule regarding when you can tackle a punter. Do you have to allow him to go through a kicking attempt? It seems to me that the Bills played the ball and not the player (expected him to punt).

you can kill the punter if he has the ball, if you block it you can also make contact with the plunter.

as for playing the ball youre right. You are taught to play the ball, specifically if youre trying to block the punt you are aiming for a spot in front of the punter, and the fake is designed to take advantage of this.

I mean, come on -- at least the guy is into the game and trying to have fun. It was preseason and he had a substitute punter in the game. He gave the fans something to get excited about in a meaningless game. Good for him.

The play was a good play but I still think Fisher is a horses

i wasnt angry. I just thought it was really dumb to pull off a brilliant trick play in the 1st drive in the 1st of 5 preseason games.

But then I heard Fisher explain that he would never use that play and it was just for fun, etc, and I am for it. If nothing else, it gives our ST a jolt to expect the unexpected at any time

my first reaction was disgust. a fake punt early in the first quarter of the first exhibition game of the year? really? just another reason that I can't stand Jeff Fisher or his "retired porn star" look.

I also enjoyed it. Although I didn't like how successful it was! Football is still fun! I also liked how it ends up being a reward for the backup punter who isn't going to make the team. Now he's got a good memory to take with him, and it's a showcase for him to help him get a future job.

As others have pointed out, it's also a good teaching tool for us, as well as a warning to future opponents of the Titans to be on guard (and maybe make them slower on the rush).

No problem at all with that call, and I enjoyed watching it even at the expense of our team.

We got a good laugh out of it  ( my bro and I looked at each other and tried to get mad for just a second, but then busted a gut)

The element of surprise and good execution is what its all about in the NFL and it puts that thought into every opponent that faces Fisher and the Titans this coming up season. Fisher and his football team could do anything at any time to beat you.

Great coaching, great execution, great football team.

I think he said, "ah, just give it to them."

Terry McAulay and I think the 1999 Stanley Cup officiating crew. I'm not bitter though!

Fisher should have saved it for the regular season. It was a great play. I'm sure they'll have some other options designed for that play. Let's hope Bobby April learned something from it. Face it, the master got schooled on Sunday.

Maybe they should fire April and hire a linebackers coach from UTEP... just saying.

Exactly! I can't believe all the posters carrying on about it. It's a freakin preseason game, and was Fisher supposed to cry afterward. I wish we had a coach that showed some emotion. Come on folks.
