This sounds to me like if we really need him he will play weeks 16 - 18 but if not, see you in the playoffs.

It would. Helps our pass game as well. That defense is completely different when he's not there. This would be huge for us

We've played some really bad pass defenses and have still looked like a pretty bad passing offense.

No kidding. The number of unsportsmanlike conduct penalties for spitting on an opponent with him in the lineup is infinitely more than without him in the lineup.
