correct.

I find the odds that the Bills simultaneously found the best HC and the best GM and the best QB in their franchise history to be astronomical.

I find the odds the Bills found some relatively competent guys at HC and GM and they look much better because they found the best QB in franchise history to be much higher. Like infinitely higher.

The Chiefs are having a down year after going to 5 of the last 6 Superbowls. They are not worse than us ha ha.

The history of the NFL proves this is just false. The Colts went from playoff team to picking 1st overall because Peyton missed a year. The Pats missed the playoffs when Tom Brady missed a season, even with the greatest coach ever. The Pats franchise imploded when they lost Brady in FA, even at a hundred years old.

And that to me is the point. The Pats are "back" because they have Drake Maye playing at a high level. Vrabel is a very good coach.  Dan Quinn is fine. When Dan Quinn's rookie QB was playing like an MVP, they went to their conference championship. We will see how far the Pats go. But what matters the most is how good Drake Maye ends up being. Daniels and Stroud couldn't sustain high levels of play and/or health.

Objectively not true

And I certainly never said Brandon Beane is the best GM in Bills history , I think McDermott is much more responsible for the overall success than him not counting Josh Allen

The Indianapolis colts literally trotted out one of the worst quarterback unit in NFL history with an 0-8 curtis painter, 0-3 Kerry collins who was like 40 and 2-3 Dan orlovsky... Dan O was there best quarterback and he was not a top 40 guy in the NFL.. our backup right now is better than their best quarterback from that team

Literally even tyrod Taylor level quarterbacking would have won them 7 games.. they literally purposely tanked ... The next year with a rookie Andrew luck(who was not an all pro yet) back to 11 wins... Showing that they literally were trotting out the 70th ranked quarterback nothing close to a top 35 guy.. they were trying to lose

And Bill belichick won 11 games with Matt Cassel and they missed lol it's not like they were 4 and 12.. showing again why Bill belichick is the greatest

Myles Garrett got him a number of times (5) and the Pats cruised to an easy win.

? Didn't answer the questions. Yeah, Drake Maye has a lot to prove before crowning him as King QB of AFC.

Also, as of right now, Josh Allen is the number 1 fantasy stat QB. Patrick Mahomes #2 and Drake Maye #3. Even in a so-called "bad" season, Josh Allen is NFL's number one fantasy stat QB. That's amazing.

Can Drake Maye do that without a WR1 AND WR2 and a horrible team defense? Don't think so. He'll be sent into the IR.

Agree with your point.   He's got some solid talent and coaching helping him.  He certainly doesn't have the misfortune of trying to make chicken salad out chicken crap.  I still give him credit for taking  advantage of it.

Apparently you have to win a superbowl before anyone will actually say a QB is legitimately good when they are done playing.   Otherwise it’s always…yeah but.

So this is really a dumb topic until then.

Oh and it won’t matter if he does win AND is caught cheating…TWICE…everyone will just forget that and call it a great career.

Go Bills!

I hate NE with the passion of McDemott calling defensive time outs. I hate watched them for last last 5 years when they sucked because I love watching them lose. They have the biggest bandwagon fan base in sports. I’ve said numerous times there has been ZERO talk of the Pats* in NE the last 4-5 years. Pure Bandwagon.

That being said, it looks like Maye is the real deal right now and I hate it. He’s taken a huge leap under Vrabel (hate him) and McDaniels. I’m going to hold on to my hope that once he starts playing a harder schedule and teams have a full year of tape under him and McDaniels that he’s going to come back to Earth. That’s mainly because I don’t want to admit NE is going to be a problem for the next decade and I’m hoping he regresses like Stroud, Daniels, Purdy, and other QBs who looked phenomenal for a year then regressed to the mean.

He’s playing great, has a very good HC/OC combo, and an easy schedule. I don’t think we will know until next year if it’s sustainable but right now he’s got all the potential.

everyone is worried about the Patriots and talking about how great they are. Sun tzu  said it best. worry about yourself first.

the patriots are gonna be slapped around next year when reality sets in, the new wears off, and the #1 division schedule rears its head.

Good advice

When Justin Herbert came onto the scene everyone thought he was the next Josh Allen. Well guess what. He's not, not even close.

Mayes a good QB, don't get me wrong. The Buffalo Bills will beat the Patriots game 2...
