SectionC3 Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago It’s as dumb as it sounds. Let’s take a once in many lifetimes QB, pay him $55m, stick him under center, run a ton of 13, take him totally out of rhythm, and intentionally try to limit the number of possessions we give him. We’re playing a style teams on a rookie QB contract or mid level starter should use, meaning that the balance of our roster will be of lesser quality. It’s so friggin dumb it boggles the mind. That’s it. Discuss. 4 5 Quote
Brand J Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago (edited) He hasn’t been utilized as a superstar QB this season, nor is he consistently playing like one. I’m all for a shakeup offensively. You think the Colts have better pieces on offense than we do? I don’t, yet they’re putting up numbers under Steichen. Get a coordinator in here who excels in the passing game and watch the offense elevate to higher ground. Edited 1 hour ago by Brand J 1 1 Quote

Because the goal of the team is to win And this team if they just dropped Josh back 45 times a game Josh would be on IR We need a healthy balance attack to win which is always the goal Regardless of the team assembled.. the goal once the season starts is to win the game The best way for this team to win is to hand it off to James Cook and then let Josh be Josh situationally.. hopefully this does not continue past this year But that is the best route to winning right now 1 1 1 Quote

We’re not there. Also, we can be balanced without neutering 17. 1 1 Quote

I miss the Daboll offenses. Trubisky could throw these dumb tunnel screens. Seems like were wasting Allen and yup the handling of WR position is malpractice by the front office. Quote

I do like the 13 , 12 , 22 looks but they should be a minority in our offense, we really have no identity with a unicorn at QB , it's disgusting, get an established OC in here for ***** sake 1 Quote
4th&long Posted 47 minutes ago Posted 47 minutes ago When I saw allen run for the first time in the game in the second half I was surprised to see him run. We should not be surprised to see him run. Quote

Tyler Warren > Kincaid Pittman Jr > Palmer/Coleman Alec Pierce > Samuel/Shavers Shakir maybe slightly better than Downs I'll take Indys receivers over ours all day every day 2 Quote

We don’t, so we should rely on that guy to overcome weaknesses elsewhere. But we play slow and under center and make no effort to attack in that way. Quote

Imagine if that same coordinator was calling plays for Josh Allen and the Bills. I think you’d see all positions elevate their level of play with more competent game plans. If Josh was throwing to Tyler Warren, Alec Pierce, Josh Downs, and Michael Pittman Jr, with Joe Brady calling plays, it’d be much of the same. Edited 11 minutes ago by Brand J Quote
