Wilson is in his prime and an elite level receiver. Flacco is nearing the end of his career. I don't know if there has ever been a trade within the division for a player as good as Wilson is. The Jets would ask for a lot as the Bills would have to pay more than say an NFC team or an AFC team outside the division.

Oh I dont disagree, just taking the chance to knock the Jets and the fact they may be just dumb enough to do it.

Most recent I can think of is Hockensen from Detroit to Minnesota. Glenn was in Detroit at the time

That reason isn't because they're in the same division.  The reason neither can be traded is because the cap hit to the team trading them would destroy each teams ability to field a competitive roster (not like either team has one now😄).

Glenn has been an absolute disaster. He should be one and done. 
 

Everyone likes to point out when teams start 0 and whatever that there are turnarounds like Detroit or signs of a culture being built. Hell, even when Gailey was here they had some great games, near upset victories and huge scoring games. It’s not just being a bad team, but showing signs the culture is being developed. The Lions were a tough out by the end of Campbells first season, the Bills were scoring in bunches with no name players with Gailey. There were signs it could get better. 
 

The Jets are lifeless. They have already sunk 30 million into a bust at the most important position (hand picked by the culture builder Glenn) The owner is calling them out to the media as if he wasn’t signing the checks. Now Glenn isn’t going to reveal his starting QB like it offers any advantage against the Bengals. They are going to start getting blown out by multiple scores. 
 

Glenn should have been fired when he sat on his hands with 30 seconds left in the half with his team at midfield against Denver. They lost that game by 2 points and were nearly in FG range. He smiled as his team put up a white flag

Marshall faulk who was traded inside the same division is  Hall of famer

Marshall faulk definitely same division but I just looked it up and Eric Dickerson was traded in conference not the same division so I have one guy who's a stud

The are 0-7 with Wilson.  Keeping him for his entire contract won't change that--he's useless on that team.  There is no foreseeable future where the Jets will dominate the Bills in the division.

 

When you are the worst team in the NFL,  you unload your best player for as many assets as possible to dig yourself out of a deep pit.  Trading him in the division won't harm the Jets even a little bit.  But that organization from ownership on down  through the FO and coaching staff are just too stupid to continue.
