Obviously we're all disappointed with the state of the team right now heading into the bye week but in the spirit of the Farewell Season at Highmark wanted to start a fun topic as a distraction.

Were there any games you kick yourself for not attending now?  I am not talking about games you just wish you could have been at that's a whole different conversation but I'm specifically asking about games where either you had tickets and decided not to go for whatever reason or were offered tickets to go by a buddy or family member and didn't pull the trigger.  What are your stories?

The big one that sticks out to me was the snow globe game against the Colts in 2017.  Season ticket holder that goes to most games but will usually skip 1-3 regular season games every year.  We were still in the drought it was late in the season and I was just anticipating it being a regular crappy weather game and just felt meh about going.  Very early on I realized that it was not going to be a regular crappy weather game but much more an all-time Bills stadium weather game to be at and immediately regretted not going to that one.  I have been at pretty much all of the other insane weather games(post 2000s) that get brought up but as we get ready to say goodbye to Highmark it's a really big regret of mine that I don't have the memory of being in attendance for that one

Ouch!  That one is painful brother.  I was wondering if anybody was going to have stories about missing that game so kinda funny this was the first reply.

Let me ask you this...what game ended up being your first!?

And to top it off, I had to listen to it on the effing radio in the hospital because our fans were too crappy to fill the stadium!!!

I regret never going to the Rockpile. I arrived in WNY in 1971 & I had heard so many stories how bad things were in the neighborhood I was afraid to bring my car there.  Ironically, in 1978 I was working on the Erie County Re-val & worked in that neighborhood, going into many of the homes.  When we were there, we met at the Masten Street Armory in the mornings-across the street from the Rockpile.

The game that I regret going to the most isn't a Bills game.  I was living in Long Island in 1985 & could have driven to NJ to watch the USFL Championship game that turned out to be the last USFL game ever played.  It was a rainy day, so I didn't go.

I saw a lot of baseball games there when the Bisons were AA. It was a hole.

The Ravens game this year and last year in the playoffs.

But I've been to the 31-0 route of the patriots in 03, the Jim Kelly tackles the guy who INT'd him to break his leg game, the double KR for TD game against the Jets, the Patriots playoff game, the Jacksonville break the streak playoff game, and plenty of really fun games.

Opening game against the chargers. Left mid 3rd quarter. It was so hot that day.

I watched a game in Jacksonville from the concourse on a tiny monitor over the concession stand instead of bake in the heat. We were the last people in our row of ridiculously expensive seats to give up and seek shelter. It was dangerously hot.

The Ravens comeback game this year was awesome but I feel like so many fans had left by the time the Bills started coming back that it kinda took away from being an all-time had to be in the stadium moment.  Don't get me wrong those of us that stayed were going crazy but I can't imagine what it would have been like if the stadium was still even just 75-80% full at the end

Pats  Bills 2022 perfect playoff game...  Seeing the Hyde interception would be worth the price of admission all it's own.. Having endzone seats would be the cherry on top

i still don’t know how he made that play. It was outstanding.

The Houston WC game… but then again, like the rest of WNY, apparently I was there. 😂

I was there. I have proof.

No, but I gave 1 of my tickets to 51-3 AFC Championship to my brother in law at the time and he was 1 of only 12 no-shows at that game 🤦‍♂️🤬

My sister divorced his azz soon after! 💯

I went to a Bisons game there in the early 1980s, so I did eventually go to the stadium before they tore it down. My regret was not seeing a Bills game there
