We are saying the same thing then lol. KC losing is for the best. KC losing and they’re unlikely to be in the playoffs. If they win, both of these teams probably end up in the playoffs. I don’t think either is a threat to the 1 seed regardless. The Bills schedule is just too easy. Chargers are the only threat to the 1 seed and even that is a long shot. The Bills are -175 to be the top seed already!! That’s insane.

100% agree. Can you imagine the emotional toll that game would have on the Bills even if they won? It will be really tough for them to refocus the following week as they leave it all out there to get by the Chiefs. Give me the Colts or Broncos or Jags or some game that won’t have that level of stress on them.

Just say no to KC gaining momentum with their 2nd W in a row.  We know Baltimore can and probably will drop one to one of their division rivals.  Those teams always play each other like they want to legitimately harm each other.

I think there will be an 8 loss team making the playoffs this year in the AFC. Look at the landscape right now. 7 teams will make it.

You might be right. Who are the realistic WC contenders? One of the AFC South teams, Steelers/Ravens, MAYBE Bengals, KC, and Denver? I think, regardless of this week, Buffalo, Baltimore, LA and Indy/Jax are going to be 4 of the playoff teams. That leaves 3 spots for everyone else.

The Patriots schedule can get them in with a lot of losses. No joke.

Losses to the ravens, bills, bucs for sure. They could even squeeze a win over us for 1-1.

Exactly - they may have already "won the Super Bowl" in getting past the Chiefs in the Playoffs.

Whether Indy is real or not is TBD. At 3-0 in a bad division, they certainly are in the conversation for the forseeable future. If they play .500 from here on out, they’re in. The Jags are feisty too. The Colts are currently -350 on Draft Kings to be in the playoffs and the Jags -110. If you think that the Colts will be out you can get +270 on it right now.

As a Yankee fan, I always think back to the series after the Boone home run. That series with the Red Sox was a war. By the time they got to the Marlins, they were already spent.
 

There is a part of me that worries about that. I’d just assume they avoid KC. They don’t get more credit if they win the Super Bowl while beating KC along the way than they do winning the Super Bowl without ever playing KC.

I already have. Rams is also my top pick this weekend against Indy.

Don’t care. All I know is if both make the playoffs which I think most assume they will, and we are fortunate enough to get the #1 seed, I want those two to get the #2 and 3 seeds.

I would rather LAC win the division and KC go in as a WC if they make it. The Ravens will probably win their division.

I agree they will come back to earth (why i have them as worst division winner).  But considering I want KC to miss out I gotta find a WC from another division and the South seems like a good option cause of how soft it is.
