BringMetheHeadofLeonLett Posted September 17 Posted September 17 Honestly, I was never all that into him as an actor. I guess he was cute, but Paul Newman carried that duo overall. The man, though, was massively impressive. I don't have a cry too often over a celebrity loss, but I did today. Quote
davefan66 Posted September 17 Posted September 17 RIP to a great actor! Loved a lot of his movies. Sneaky good was “Sneakers”. 1 Quote
SoTier Posted September 17 Posted September 17 RIP, RR. My favorite of his many movies is "Electric Cowboy". 1 Quote
Pecos Bills Posted September 18 Posted September 18 The early Twilight Zone episode that featured a very young Redford, "Nothing in the Dark," is definitely worth a watch (it's currently available on Paramount+). Really cool performances by him and Gladys Cooper as the fearful old lady. Quote
Augie Posted September 18 Posted September 18 “The Sting” was the first “clever” movie I remember watching growing up. Butch Cassidy came a few years earlier, but I guess I was a bit too young to catch that live. Great stuff, even today. Quote
