Big Blitz Posted Thursday at 05:54 PM Posted Thursday at 05:54 PM Never mean spirited. Never filled with hate. He never called Democrats Nazis. Or Biden Hitler. He never ever showed a disdain for half the country. A better man than me for that alone, by just 31 years old he articulated conservative family values and reached the youth of America in ways no conservative had ever done. He did it coming of age in his teens and 20s during the most polarizing of periods in American history where meanness and hate dominate the internet and public square. He chose winning over hearts and minds with ideas using a Socratic style that resonated. To say he was a happy warrior is an understatement. The impact he’s had is truly profound. For this he was killed. Many conservatives in mourning Rush Limbaugh knew there was never going to be another like him. What they might have missed was Rush spawned a generation of influencers and thinkers that not only could carry the torch - but do so in a way that would reach people not even Rush could. And somewhere in this country are millions of teens that want to be the next Charlie Kirk - maybe not the influencer - but the father to his family. Like Rush, there won’t be another like Charlie Kirk. But there will be someone just as significant if not even more so, and they will be because he showed us how to do it - by just the young age of 31. And it’s a simple message. It resonates with people. The truth. RIP Charlie Kirk 3 6
Royale with Cheese Posted Thursday at 06:03 PM Posted Thursday at 06:03 PM The shooter didn't want his free speech, Kirk converted I believe 4.4 million voters to the Red and they needed him to stop....so he was killed. 5 1
B-Man Posted Thursday at 06:13 PM Posted Thursday at 06:13 PM It isn’t just America, either: From the replies: “I’m in New Zealand and it is al we spoke about today, it happened here at dawn.” I don’t know how this all sorts out, but it feels like there’s no going back to 9/9/2025. 1 1
Doc Brown Posted Thursday at 06:17 PM Posted Thursday at 06:17 PM It's always been this way to a certain extent but any public political figure is risking his/her life anytime they appear in public. Tragedies like this will only make political figures more fearful to appear in public. It shouldn't be that way. 1
Royale with Cheese Posted Thursday at 06:17 PM Posted Thursday at 06:17 PM He had a global affect and it was mostly on American policies. That shows you the influence he had. 2

B-Man Posted Thursday at 07:44 PM Posted Thursday at 07:44 PM MORE: The reaction to Charlie Kirk’s murder in the Jewish and Israeli communities is unlike anything I have ever seen. Everyone is eulogizing Charlie — everyone. Every politician, rabbi, and just everyday citizen— everyone feels impacted. A rabbi went on Fox News and called him “the Abraham of our times.” I had no idea how important Charlie was to Jews until this morning. I do not recall seeing this level of impact by an individual on the Jewish community— ever. I wonder if Charlie even knew how important he was to these people when he was alive. Charlie’s life’s work was more important and influential than I ever realized when he was alive. 1

Charlie’s life’s work was more important and influential than I ever realized when he was alive. It impacted me a lot more than I thought too. I can't stop thinking about it. I was apolitical most of my life. I just didn't care much about it. But I started listening to Charlie, I really took to him. I'm devastated. Edited Thursday at 08:00 PM by Royale with Cheese 1 2 1
AlBUNDY4TDS Posted Thursday at 07:59 PM Posted Thursday at 07:59 PM The man had his beliefs and he stood by them. He seemed to live life the right way and should serve as an inspiration to people. All he did was try to extend a bridge of understanding and foster communication with people that disagreed with him. Yesterday that bridge was burned. Rest in peace.
Royale with Cheese Posted Thursday at 08:08 PM Posted Thursday at 08:08 PM For those who are older, would you say this story was as big as when Hoffa went missing? Charlie was getting more and more popular.
BillsFanNC Posted Thursday at 08:24 PM Posted Thursday at 08:24 PM Debating a guy in drag. Completely respectful. It's all so obviously transphobic and hateful. 1 1 1

Wacka Posted Thursday at 09:25 PM Posted Thursday at 09:25 PM (edited) I can't take credit for this as I heard it on Buerele's show on WBEN a few hours ago. The reason the extreme left hate Trump and Kirk is that they speak common sense. They have no response to common sense other than violence. Edited Thursday at 09:27 PM by Wacka 1 1
