When I was growing up in the 80s, my folks owned an Irish restaurant and pub in Tulsa. Our bar had a dish, and we somehow became home of the Browns each season. The team was bad, but their fans were very, very good. 2 1 Quote

It's silly to "rank" fan bases, but much respect to the fans that put up with perennial losing. Fans in cities like Pittsburgh or Dallas don't cope with losing well at all. 1 Quote

Detroit.... all 3 cities are on Lake Erie (Detroit's actually about 12 miles away), 2 of the 3 on the Canadian border, all three have the same early immigrant groups and same legacy industries... hell even our waterfronts all caught on fire within a few years of each other. Buffalo, Cleveland and Detroit have a helluva lot more in common than they have in differences and all have great fan bases... it's just that we've been fortunate to have better football teams. 2 2 Quote

Not to be picky but both Cleveland and Detoit have 4 NFL Championships each while the Bills have 2 AFL Championships so I'd be careful saying which city has better football teams. Bills NFL run has clearly been better. All three have some of the best players to ever play their positions in Jim Brown, Barry Sanders, Calvin Johnson, Ozzie Newsome, OJ Simpson, Bruce Smith, Joe Thomas, and now Josh Allen. And let's not even start with the fact that Detroit has 4 Major Sports teams with multiple Championships, and even the Indians/Guardians and Cavs have Championships. 1 Quote

Low Positive Posted August 10 Posted August 10 They're fighting in the Jets-Packers game. Kevin Harlin is worked up! Quote

That Cardinals game was brutal I turned it off… 2 fumbles on back to back kickoffs. One recovered. Then Murray and his awful throw to MH2. I know it’s preseason but f- watching that sh. Quote
Low Positive Posted August 10 Posted August 10 I can't believe Allen Lazard isn't a Steeler yet. 2 Quote

They might have the worst group of corners in the league. all their penciled in starters are hurt. i wanted to see Donovan ezeiraku and he looked pretty helpless against the run. 1 Quote
Low Positive Posted August 10 Posted August 10 Jets just got a strip sack TD against Malik Willis. If preseason means anything, the Pats and Jets will compete for the division and the Bills will finish last. Good for us that all of this is meaningless. 1 Quote
zow2 Posted August 10 Posted August 10 Should i be terrified of the Super Bowl caliber impregnable Jets defense again this summer like i was last summer? Quote
