Bills!Win! Posted May 14 Author Posted May 14 Thank you to everyone for their recommendations. Our experience in East Aurora has been top notch. We are finishing it off with the Stadium Tour tomorrow Final results for wing places in this order 1. Barbill 2. Wingnutz 3. Duff’s 4. Gabriel’s Gate 1 Quote
Wacka Posted May 14 Posted May 14 I meet with people from my hobby monthly at Mister's bar/lanes across the street from Bar Bill. Nice little town, When the Christmas movies are on the Hallmark Channel, look for Vidler's and other sights. Quote

Draconator Posted Monday at 11:35 PM Posted Monday at 11:35 PM Ok. I went to Bar Bill to have their wings. The Josh Allen Guinness was awesome. The Cajun wings? Just a notch above Main and Hamlin. Either Bar Bill or Main and Hamlin will get you some delicious food and good times. 1 Quote

I often hear good things about Lewiston, but what is there to do? I’ll be in the area soon, and I’m looking for new things to do. I’ve never really gone up there, and I keep hearing it recommended, but I’m having trouble finding anything intriguing. I’d like to check out Old Fort Niagara, and I know the beach is decent, but just curious what the village has to offer? Quote

It's a beautiful Main Street area that is filled with little shops, bars(good patio bars too for Summertime) and great restaurants. The whirlpool jet boat tours are pretty cool(link below) and if you're a music person you should see if there are any good shows playing at Artpark the week you're in town(link also below). Lewiston especially in the summertime is one of those hidden WNY gems Whirlpool Jet Boat Tours Artpark 1 Quote

Artpark where you have the gorge trails that give you breathtaking views or the Niagara Gorge and Whirlpool Rapids. Jet Boat Tours which take you into the Rapids and near the base of the Falls. The downtown section is very cool to walk and has a lot of quirky shops and restaurants. The Silo is a cool little restaurant that was featured on a show called Man vs Food on the Food Network. Also the park near the edge of the Niagara River past the rapids that includes the area the Silo is in is pretty quaint and peaceful. Quote
