Maybe its true, maybe wishful thinking. You MAGA people always discounted polls that showed Trump unpopular. But this is ok? You have to watch the polls in each swing state to have any predictive value. How are the voters in PA, MI, AZ, GA, NV, NC, and WI. Those states are where 2020 played out, and 2024 will play out. Too bad state level poll data isn't published. It's held internally by the campaigns. Republicans are still running 1990’s campaigns and until that changes to match the legal ballot harvesting efforts of Democrats, they’ll stay at a disadvantage. …..and polls dont account for that. That being said.. Democrats should worry that Trump seems to be getting more support as time goes on. The trials aren’t damaging him, yet. We’ll see if they do. Or Steve Kornacki standing in front of his board a week before the election saying Trump has no path to victory. And the 2022 mid terms. All based on polling. I think in the current political world some people don't like to tell pollsters they are voting for Trump. The election is 6 months away. Lot of crazy stuff gonna happen before then.
